The room is large and the bedding is very comfortable. There was a Beijing girl at the front desk who introduced the local attractions in detail and provided many coupons. It was a very good experience.

The room was relatively small and stuffy. The hotel we booked for the day was fully booked on Ctrip most of the weekend. This hotel was the most expensive one with rooms. The room is relatively airtight and the sanitary conditions are not particularly good. There are clean sheets under the quilt like other hotels in town. But the blue quilt above is exposed and reused. Even though he soaked in hot springs around him at night, he didn't use his bathroom to take a shower.

Located on the run-into the centre of Rotorua, this motel is fairly well located for hitting all the hotspots…but it’s a somewhat squat complex with the entry/exit and parking presenting a tight challenge. The layout of our upstairs/downstairs 2-bedroom accommodation was odd in that it all seemed a little cramped. Furnishings, décor, etc all a bit drab and lacking something, but having access to Netflix was a nice touch. All said, this motel served our purposes adequately…nothing more, nothing less.

The place was nice, but not as exceptional as we expected by others reviews. Things are a little worn in the room we were in. In the morning my wife went to use the spa/hot tub and after filling it with water she turned it on and it spewed out extremely dirty water. Manager said it was because the hotel was old. I disagree. - it simply needed a better cleaning. Use bleach and fill, run and refill the hot tub until it comes out clean. It’s not rocket science. They don’t offer any kind of refund but they did offer us a couple of candy bars and an apology.

Excellent and efficient check in with advice on local tourist attractions and discount vouchers given which were greatly appreciated, and used.
We were very surprised at the size of our apar**ent and it was well presented and clean. There were 2 upstairs balconies, one off the master and one off the living area, and a downstairs patio off the second bedroom.
The spa bath was a bonus after spending a few hours out mountain biking.
Great central location for the activities we were doing.
The only recommendation we could make, which in no way affected our stay, would be the addition of some wine glasses, which we would have used while enjoying the sunset on the balcony.
Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Brylin, we loved our stay in Rotorua❤️
We didn’t see or hear any of the other occupants while there.

Super happy with our family stay with 3 children under 5 years old. Really lovely staff - we are so grateful this place was available for us. The room had been recently renovated; it was clean and comfortable :)
