Excelente hospedagem. Funcionários educados. Quarto limpo e cheiroso. Amei tudo, café da manhã ótimo. Meninas do café super atenciosa. Ficarei uma próxima vez. Localização ótima, fora que tem a parceria com a academia Bodyteck, excelente.

As toalhas e os lençóis estavam manchados e desgastados. O colchão já estava bem usado. O quarto estava precisando de reparos e a pintura desgastada. O café da manhã é bem simples, mas gostoso e bem servido. Essa foi a única parte boa da estadia.

Ar condicionado não funcionou. Chuveiro ruim, molhando todo o banheiro. Privada com problema. Wi-Fi não funcionou. NF não foi fornecida nem enviado posteriormente. Recepção com bom atendimento, apesar da qualidade do hotel. Quarto 159

Hotel mal conservado, com funcionários mal educados e totalmente despreparos, experiência horrível neste hotel que pretendo nunca mais passar nem perto. Não recomendo mesmo, só fique hospedado lá se você quiser passar por vários dissabores na sua estadia em Goiânia.

Quarto e banheiro pequenos, toalhas de banho bem gastas, chuveiro com pouca água. Mobiliário padrão. Roupa de cama padrão. Não voltaria nesta unidade, não me parece com as outras unidades. Se voltar, experimentarei o Ibis Styles no Marista

Quarto sem tapete no banheiro, durante o banho a água do chuveiro vazava pelo box e molhava todo o banheiro, O ar do meu quarto n funcionava, depois de muito insistir pelo telefone foram ver e resolveram me trocar de quarto. O recepcionista que foi acompanhar minha mudança de quarto me viu sair com mala, mochila e sacolas nas mãos (algumas coisas caíram) e sequer me ofereceu ajuda. No quarto seguinte o ar condicionado tb n funcionou e desci até a recepção para reclamar (n quis ficar mais um tempão tentando pelo telefone). Na recepção o atendente sorriu e disse: "Ahh, então vamos ter que reiniciar a máquina do ar condicionado lá em cima do prédio. Reiniciaram a máquina do ar, me disseram que em 10 minutos funcionaria porém saí as 6h da manhã do dia seguinte e n funcionou... resumindo, tive uma noite péssima de calor e no checkout o atendente entregou a nota fiscal na minha mão sem ao menos agradecer pela hospedagem ou qualquer outra coisa. Ibis Goiânia nunca mais.
