Great little holiday apartment close to all amenities on the Gold Coast. Aircondioned with ceiling fans makes a pleasant environment on the hottest Gold Coast days. The Manager Gary, is very friendly and great to have a chat with. The complex has a plunge pool and outside sun lounges and our downstairs apmnt had a rear patio. It also has secure gated parking but the stairs up for an older person are awkward to manoeuvre with heavy suitcases.

Gary and Helen are fantastic! We even got a Skypoint tour, above and beyond! Apartment was spotless, great location (quiet) but only a very short walk to the heart of everything. Very affordable for its location. We would definitely stay again! Secure car parking too!

From the time I booked to the time I departed, their service is impeccable.
Facilities and gardens are so clean and well kept they area pleasure to admire.
Gary and Helen's hospitality is so rare nowadays. I have never experienced such service.
If you are single or a couple and want an extremely comfortable and central location without the noise of a typical hotel, then this place is a must.

We stayed at the Costa Dora apartments in Surfers Paradise for 2 nights. We enjoyed our stay at costa Dora, the manager Gary and his lovely wife Helen were very friendly and helpful with every our every need. We will return again in the near future.

This low rise property is only a 10min walk to Cavill Ave. Our apartment was only small but, was very clean and included a small kitchen, laundry & balcony. We did have to keep some of the blinds down to gain some privacy from neighbors but, I think that happens alot in Surfers Paradise anyway. A great 3 star property with a beach at the end of the street. Gary was a helpful and friendly host.
