Madara Park Hotel - All Inclusive

Very nice, kind and friendly staff! Great food at the restaurant :) The manager of the restaurant is very polite! The rooms are clean, the pools also. Good playground for the kids and space for fitness :) We will definitely come back again! Thank you for making our stay comfortable!

Every thing was VERY good ,but the best thing was the people at the ,,junior resources" . If you find :Dimi or svetlozar or katy ,you will have a fun time !!!

My experience at the hotel was a plesant one . The thing i liked the most were the entertainers they made a beautiful mood, they made captivating activities for the kids. They were really frendly and they were always in a good mood . The people at jntours were amazing .

Hello. I rest with mother 12 days in Madara. Thank you very much for Valentin from reception and for Rumiana from administration department for polite and kindly greetings, support, respect guests. Thanks Sasha from bar for nice ice-cream, coffee. Behaviour head chef from dinner hall need improve. Guests arrive to Madara for rest, not for accept bad mood and commands head chef in the dinner hall. About location: far from sea side (3 line). We walking near 15 min in one direction. There is missing park on the hotel area. Rooms are with air conditions, balconies. There is clean in hall hotel. Total I advice this hotel for people who like sit near pool and eating too much. Very good value for the Lev . Enjoyed food the happy Chef and a singing Chef 😂 food in the plentiful and very fresh and wholesome lots of fresh vegetables salads nuts and seeds very healthy great ! The Bar man a very quiet pleasant professional guy all staff working very very hard to keep this busy hotel at its best ! Plenty of choice with the bars and snack bars and location easy reach of Golden sands

PRO: The overall location is a good one. A significant influence on this opinion is the hotel's animation team (Sisi, Dimi, Gali, Yoni, Sveto, and Simo). A beautiful, fun, and very friendly team. Activities are abundant and welcome, both during the days and on special evenings (on Saturday they put on a small show where we had a lot of fun). Congratulations on your work, keep it up! The hotel is very clean, the staff is also okay; as it was our first time there, they provided us with a lot of information and directions. The hotel's parking lot is very small and the chances of finding a spot are slim, so they will take you to a special parking area. Although it might seem like a long drive due to the one-way streets (you practically go around half of the resort), it's about a 4-5 minute walk. The path to the beach, if you exit near the tennis court, is also much shorter than through the hotel's main entrance where you take a slightly longer route. CON: The food is not very diverse, but the dishes change occasionally. They can certainly improve here with minimal effort. There's a bit of a lack of organization; we waited a long time for our room, even though check-in was at 2:00 p.m., we received the room around 5:00 p.m. The reception didn't communicate with the cleaning team to at least give an estimate, so we had to ask continuously and always start from the beginning of the queue. In the end, since we received the wristbands at 2 o'clock, we went down to the pool with our luggage and stayed until 5 when we inquired about the room again. Another small downside is that there's no music between the animation team's programs, including the evenings. You can hear the music from the hotel next door. Also, in the category of things to improve, the pool lifeguard should no longer allow people to come early in the morning to place towels on the sunbeds and keep them occupied until they decide to come. Once again, I want to thank the animation team especially for a wonderful stay; we will certainly choose this location again.
