I do not recommend buying a holiday in this hotel! The trip was bought at the Tui office, a lot of things were promised, such as regional cuisine, show cooking, an indoor swimming pool - the same food every day, tasteless, watered down scrambled eggs, luncheon ham, vegetables, cucumbers, tomatoes and olives, overcooked pasta and everything totally tasteless, no spices, plus for the ice cream and desserts, because they were very good (they were ordered and delivered by the catering), - there were supposed to be snacks between 4-5 p.m. - it turned out to be one type of dried cookies on the lobby bar - there were access to the indoor pool - unfortunately it was completely closed - upon arrival it turned out that the outdoor pool was very dirty - cloudy and greenish water, from the room on the 11th floor it seemed that the pools in the area were much cleaner, a few days later water was added and a huge the amount of chlorine that could be felt from a distance, unfortunately we never bathed in the pool because the quality of the water was very questionable - 2 small elevators to 14 floors, generally 5 people enter the elevator, due to Covid exacerbations, the limit of people is 2. - hotel as It turned out that it is also a place where To Go To youth camps (15-18 years old) come, there were about 200-250 people from the 3rd group, the flower of Polish youth, drunk, noisy, without any supervision by guardians, bottles and cigarette butts were flying over the balconies, cigarette ash being brushed off, chairs, boys jumping from the lower floors, it was scary to sit under the balconies because you weren't sure if something would fall on your head, in a canteen of any culture, they were crowded into the queue and it was impossible to eat in peace because of the omnipresent screaming. Pros : very nice room, air conditioning, the sales ladies tried very hard, good drinks - the bartenders did not skimp on alcohol, a large selection of cold drinks 3 types of juices, real Coke, Fanta and Sprite It was the first and last time in this hotel and the first and last trip with tui, because I think that the office had information about this hotel, but the lady presented it in superlatives so that I could just press it.
