本來訂的大床房，商家給錯了給的雙床房，因為是幫別人預訂，當時沒發現，後面商家發現後竟然要求補3天的差價150塊錢，否則就要換房，後面果斷在攜程上面投訴，最後問題也算完美解決了，希望商家以後不要這麼計較。

因為要去海南高速上人多，臨時決定下來住宿，就近住在這家酒店。飯店位置設施都不敢恭維，屋裡設施很陳舊，床上有一股睡覺的味道，而且價格還比較高。住這裏也是無奈之舉，以後肯定不會住這家酒店。

衞生很差，黴味重，服務態度也很糟糕，攜程平台説不用按金，前台強制要收，房間除了兩瓶水啥都沒有，按金的意義在哪，裝修也很舊，近四百的價格，衹有80塊的配套。

前台電話永遠打不通，有什麼需要得自己解決，衞生也很差，地墊全是臟，每天也沒打掃衞生，廁所下水管漏水，全是水，喊修理住了5天也沒修，最差的一次體驗

這個酒店真的垃圾 住了兩晚 先不説環境 垃圾 提前説了續房了 不要打擾我休息 敲門敲了一次又一次 問 有沒有人在房間敲三四次 回覆幾次了還敲 不知道是不是腦子有問題 早上七八點就在門口 吵的像菜市場一樣 説話聲對講機聲音 沒住過這麼垃圾的酒店還收費260 幾十塊錢的招待所都不如
