酒店的裝修還是古色古香，設施齊全，但是畢竟裝修了好幾年了，有些陳舊，房間內需要自費的東西多，但是有氧氣。對首次坐飛機來拉薩的人很友好，但是前台服務很差，説方言，聽不懂，特別是那個面部有斑點的前台，來了，理都不理，衹顧玩手機，態度惡劣，一聽網上預訂，沒有好臉色，可以説是來住店住的一肚子氣，古人説相由心生，心理黑暗，會體現在面部。希望酒店方面對這方面加強重視，前台是整個酒店的招牌，不要給客人第一印象就很差，很難讓人喜歡這個酒店，
