房間乾淨衞生，大氣優雅舒適。在小鎮上竟然有這樣漂亮的房間，真是出乎意料。服務非常非常的好 。如果10分是上限，也應該給10分。不論是住宿之前的前台溝通，還是自駕車身陷雪地，服務都很到位，甚至可以説是超出預期。尤其是自駕車陷在雪地後，非常感謝劉濤、努爾扎、嘟嘟的傾力幫助脱困，必須特別表揚。

大年初四入住的，純屬偶然，但卻是此次伊犁之行的意外驚喜，當天本來是要去那拉提鎮住，已經訂好房間，但因為我們從庫爾德寧景區出來有點晚，導航導的路線積雪太深，我們的車在半路擔住了，挖了一個小時才出來，已經晚上9點多了，就返回了庫爾德寧鎮，選擇了雲杉酒店，本來沒抱太大希望，想着鎮上的住宿肯定一般，但入住後發現不要太棒，酒店很新，很乾凈，裝修高檔，房間又大又暖和，一次性用品和床品都非常好，本人一般住華住的酒店，某朵、某楓也都住過，我覺得這個酒店比那些都好，離城市那麼遠的山裡有這樣的酒店真不錯了，房間裏送的水是農夫的長白雪，還送了兩盒伊犁特產果丹皮，還有一張明信片，早餐中規中矩，酒店工作人員態度都很好，必須好評！最後提示一下冬天從庫爾德寧去那拉提，一定還是從經過庫爾德寧鎮的那條路走，我們用高德導航的路會近一些，但路上積雪很厚，有一段手機還沒信號，也沒有人家，單車行駛不安全，如果晚的話就住雲杉酒店吧😊很少寫這麼長的評價。

冬季去庫爾德寧唯一還開門的酒店，聽大廳小哥説也是臨時招回來開的，酒店裡麪設施沒得説，床很舒服，被子鬆軟，地暖也很暖和，水很熱。 早餐也可以。唯一是晚上週圍沒有吃飯的地方，得開車。總體上很滿意了。

在庫爾德寧入住家庭滑梯房，非常舒適，帶孩子一定要住滑梯房，離景區門口開車15分鐘，開到柏睿營地約半個小時。酒店設計很不錯，有機會還會入住

酒店離景區很近，去庫爾德寧的絕佳選擇。房間有設計感，設施也很好，一次性清潔用品是ahava的,牙刷木質的很環保。意料之外的高品質。

We hope to make this place a highland for people to explore freely through the beautiful mountains and forests.
