The Bairui Camp is located on the grassland of Xiaokurdun Highland, covering an area of 120 acres. It has 360 degree landscapes such as the Kabambayi Peak, Xueling Spruce Forest, and Secret Valley. 33 tents and 40 luxury prefabricated vacation homes, equipped with public areas such as restaurants, mobile cafes, and mobile bars, create a private space for visitors. 因為是淡季，進營地的路稀巴爛，到達後提前打過電話問了辦理入住，沒有引導、沒有迎接，如果門口的熊大熊二**強雕塑可以稱為迎客的話。到達之後，在門口停車有兩個選擇：
1、踩着很滑的半化了的雪地走進去登記，幾次差點摔倒。
2、踩着爛泥巴地走進去登記。
別問我為什麼走進去，因為車開不到大堂門口，也沒有擺渡車。
這裏的酒店員工衹負責登記，沒有引路也沒有幫拿行李等服務，甚至門口的路障都是我自己下去挪開的。前台態度温柔，其餘工作人員都在低頭玩手機，恍然間，我以為來到了某個服務區上廁所來了。整個營地服務內容基本為0，有一種不作為的感覺。
下着大雪路況不好還要催退房，真的很服氣！
首先我還有一個小時才到退房時間，其次這時候沒有什麼客人，山坳裏下着雪交通也不方便，完全沒有一點人文、環境因素上的考慮嗎？現在是旺季着急退房收拾衞生好讓下一批遊客入住嗎？
昨天整個營地，衹有我一位客人入住！
衹有景色是絕美，早上剛好碰到下雪，對比前一天住的塞湖某某營地差太多了，讓人心裏落差很大。
ps：這邊養的貓也不知道怎麼養的，一衹瘦骨嶙峋的暹羅很親人，身上臟的不行，在喝路邊的臟水！
全程我也都是禮貌溝通，沒有為難工作人員，淡季我也花了錢吧，就這服務？？這就中旅？？
我也不會來了，再見！
