衞生太差了，是一個很舊的冰棺，房間沒有配紙巾，沒有礦泉水，衞生間的房頂還漏水，廁所都沒法上，還有小蟲子，空調不製冷，電視打不開，設施很陳舊，帶孩子的不建議，房間空氣質量差，洗手池裡有水銹，旅途最後一晚，我老公都看不下去，太累了折騰不動了，就給娃娃鋪了自己帶的床單，毯子，感覺極差就這攜程也給4.3分，攜程訂的237元，到店裡定198也是醉了

前台辦事效率慢，服務態度一般，住宿條件一般，在中心，附件購物便利，酒店有電梯，停車比較方便，院內有早餐店

酒店管理不錯，停車場挺大就是曬。晚上很安靜，附近一家民族朋友開的餐廳不錯有早餐，自製酸奶NICE。

非常不滿意，太垃圾了。一晚四百多，房間連個燈都沒有，地毯非常的臟，衞生特別不好，酒店特別破舊，別來別來。忘記拍照片了，真的超級垃圾。

400多住的招待所的標準，環境、衞生、設施就不想説了，處處彰顯年代感…後半夜停車場的吵吵聲，真的是聽的一清二楚，還有汽車的警報聲響了一陣，痛苦不堪的經歷……

特別特別老舊的酒店，各種設施都陳舊，最讓人接受不了的是舊到發黑的床單，從沒見過這麼黑的床品，如果是洗不乾淨就要報廢才對，掀開被子發現床單還有明顯得坐過的痕跡，熱水壺是壞的，根本達不到作為酒店的標準。前台對此態度特別輕慢敷衍，一副滿房很為難的態度，很讓人不舒服。
鞏留縣酒店資源比起周邊縣城少的可憐，但奉勸大家及時選擇很少也別住這裏！！這家是整趟旅行條件最差的，衞生條件趕不上農家樂。

很有意思的酒店，光着身子躺床上睡覺人家保潔直接開門進來喊我退房，我問叫退房為啥不打電話提醒，跟我説我連呢個座機開關都沒打開，也不知道座機開關沒打開是我的問題還是酒店的問題😂
