The rooms are clean and tidy, providing a very comfortable stay. What touched us most was the owner's warm and attentive hospitality. We arrived late that night, and all the surrounding restaurants were closed. The owner thoughtfully cooked for us himself, and the dishes were exquisite and delicious. The owner's hand-drip coffee was also exceptional, heartwarming and comforting. Combining aesthetic design with genuine warmth, it was a stay that exceeded our expectations, and I would definitely choose this place again next time.

The scenery is beautiful, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. However, there's no Wi-Fi and the hot water isn't great (it's basically cold showers), so you should think carefully if that bothers you.

I took a self-driving trip along the Bingchacha Highway and booked a guesthouse called "Ding Dama's Homestay" on Ctrip. This guesthouse, named after Ding Dama, has a story behind it. It's quite large, clean, and tidy. The current owner, Mr. Fan, is from Shanghai and is very hospitable. We enjoyed drinks and conversation with Mr. Fan in the evening, which felt like being at home.

The entire guesthouse was very well-designed, with thoughtful and clever design in both the public areas and the rooms, especially the lighting and shadows. Brother Fan was warm and sincere, and we got along very well. He even recommended places to visit based on our ideas, which was very considerate. This is an incredibly thoughtful guesthouse. It's well-designed, has a story, and is warm and welcoming; you can feel the owner's care in every corner. The bedding was very comfortable; a good night's sleep is so important after a long drive. The owner, Brother Fan, is incredibly talkative and took care of us like family. He shared stories about Aunt Ding and the scenery of Bingzhongluo, which was very helpful.

This was simply one of the best guesthouses we've ever stayed in. Before arriving, we hadn't learned anything about Aunt Ding's story, but after checking in, our "host," Brother Fan, treated us like a friend who had been waiting for us for a long time. He warmly explained everything about Aunt Ding, Bingzhongluo, and the coexistence of humans and deities – this was the kind of cultural experience we most wanted during our trip. In the evening, we chatted with him, and he treated us to Yunnan-style beer. He even mentioned that we came from Guangdong and had to leave very early the next day, so he personally got up early to make us some light breakfast suitable for Cantonese tastes! It was truly the last romantic moment we experienced in Yunnan! The room amenities were of a very high standard, and we had a very comfortable night's sleep. It was definitely worth the stay, and we look forward to coming back often!
