新開張不久的酒店，地下有免費停車場，各崗位服務人員態度友好，服務規範，看得出上崗前是有培訓的。房間乾淨整潔衞生，隔壁就是商超，餐飲娛樂購物都很方便。

早餐性價比很低，沒什麼東西，價位定的太高，就餐環境也不行，錦江之星的早餐全國統一18元/位，餐品比這數量多五六倍還多，這家價位更貴，提醒商家，永遠不要在早餐上有盈利，你的利潤點是房費。再説下房費，性價比也不高，算是公寓式的，位置較偏，價位偏高，另外室內甲醛含量應該較高，至於是否超標，不好評判，因為我就是做環保行業的，比較敏感，窗前那個沙發和床頭刺鼻味道比較大。再説下服務，房間內水管裏的水是黃色的，沒辦法飲用，我能理解因為洪水，但是你的價格可沒有因為這個降低啊，我就向前台多要兩瓶水，這個成本也就不到一塊錢，非要我付費，我説可以啊，但是遲遲不送，最後第二次催才送，留了一句話，實在不行你可以退房，請問這是什麼服務態度呢

房間衞生很乾凈，對酒店印象比較好的是前台服務很好，能感受到服務，房間沐浴露很好用，非常乾淨不廉價的感覺，初五洛陽住宿太貴，選擇到鞏義，自駕一小時，停車很方便酒店位於商場，直接停在地下室非常方便。
