TURAN Cappadocia Cave Reviews

Like: Loved the convenient location, close to main ***** of shops, restaurants and bus stop. Clean cave room. Friendly and helpful owner. Good variety of buffet breakfast. Dislike: 1) Need to 'slam' the front door in order to close, which is very loud. 2) Smoking area is right outside the room. You can smell the smoke coming inside the room at times which may irritate non-smokers. Of course, many people smoke in Turkey.

Will recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Goreme. Location is perfect and very close to the city centre and only 40mins from NAV airport. Staff is friendly, polite and very helpful. They were very helpful in booking our tours, rides and transport. Our flight was rescheduled due to weather conditions and the hotel was very accommodating to us. Rooms are spacious and has all amenities.

Great place to stay. It is right in the centre of action. Roof perfect for viewing baloons in the morning. Very welcoming owners.

You are in the middel of Göreme Touristic attractions are on walking distance, the room is amazing you really feel like you are in a fairytale The staff is so friendly they would help you with anything thank you so much for that.

All in all the little place and the room to share with friends was really nice. But for all the days we stayed: the cleaning was not carried out even though we put the sign outside, the shower not having a cover had flooded the entire bathroom, the bathroom fan was sucking in the kitchen and everything was soaked in fried food, the breakfast we practically gave up on doing it since the offer was very little especially for those with intolerances and the quality was very low and you also had to pay for eggs, the Wi-Fi never worked for us and the lady who is supposed to be the owner told us said it was normal, even though she had initially given us the directions for the Wi-Fi. Finally, parking only exists if you are the first to arrive. In short, unfortunately we did not have a good experience and we will not recommend it.

The property is a 5-minute walk from Goreme Intercity Bus Terminal. The overall exterior of the property is very nice, blending in with the natural scenery. The interior of the room is comfortable and the bathroom has hot water. A quality breakfast is provided free of charge every day, and if the weather is very sunny, you can enjoy your meal while admiring the beautiful sight of hot air balloons. I was very tired after taking the night bus on the day of check-in, but fortunately, thanks to the consideration of the hotel staff, I was able to check-in and have breakfast early in the morning. At night, you can go up to the rooftop of the accommodation and enjoy the wonderful night view of Goreme and the starry night sky.

Both the staff and the lady who owns the hotel are very attentive, helpful and friendly. It's a newly opened establishment, everything is spotlessly clean. You can come with no questions in your mind. If I come here again, I would definitely choose this place.
