The location is great but the room cleanliness was not so good.

The location is great. It's just a few minutes walk from the bus stop, and only a small uphill climb. I'm grateful to the kind staff. They looked for tours, arranged a bus to Pamukkale, and even took us to and from tourist spots when they had time. I was really impressed. They were always looking out for us. I chose a large room with a bathtub, and it even had a jacuzzi. It really helped relieve my fatigue. The moment I walked in, I sighed and couldn't contain my excitement. It was too big for just two people. Breakfast can be had in the dining room or on the terrace. The sunrise and balloons on the terrace, and the sunset in the evening. It was really wonderful. It was the best chill time. I think this is a hotel where Japanese people can stay with peace of mind. I highly recommend it (*^^*)

Everything good, clean rooms, good location, easy to go anywhere.

Ctrip's rating is obviously high. The facilities are very simple, the service is mediocre, and the breakfast is almost nothing delicious. I stayed for two days and actually left for half a day and no one cleaned it when I came back. It was just a cave hotel.

Rooms are clean and spacious and in good contrition. Staff were wonderful, one went above and beyond to assist. I am very appreciative.

Having travelled extensively throughout Turkey and Greece, this is one of my favourite hotels. It ticks every box. The location is minutes from the town, the rooms are very spacious including the bathroom and the breakfasts are superb. However the thing that really stood out was the lengths the Owner Yilmaz went to help me maximise my stay including sitting down and running through various options that went way beyond what I expected. The other staff at the hotel are very helpful. Make sure you visit the roof top terrace. Thoroughly recommended.

Great location, lovely spacious rooms including bathroom, breakfast excellent however the service and kindness of the owner Yilmaz was simply outstanding.

What an amazing hotel. And I am not speaking about just how beautiful the cave room was and how amazing the view was from the terrace. I am also talking about how accommodating all the staff were. We had all our activities and pick ups and drop offs booked for us by the owner/manager as well as many perfect recommendations. We also had them offer to organise a private tour for my friend and I to one of the underground cities. Thank you to Yaya, our tour guid, for making that a funny, interesting and educational experience. I felt very well taken care of and am still In Contact with this hotel for possible future stays this coming winter ! Absolutely an amazing place to stay ✨

The hotel was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was amazing with a great selection. It is allocated in the centre of Goreme close to restaurants, an open-air museum, and the lookout point. The manager Yilmas Organised hot air balloons and other activities prior to arrival. He helped us with pick up from the airport. The staff were friendly and were keen to help in any way. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends when visiting Cappadocia.

friend recommended this hotel so i booked here for 1 night. Yilmaz was really kindful and could speak a little bit of korean! other staffs are also very helpful so i could book tours from here. Also i booked hot air balloon tour from when i couldn't find anywhere else! (that day was fully booked and hard to find a slot at the day before 5pm). Because Yasar helped me for an hour to book. Room was amazing, much bigger than I expected, gorgeous and comfortable bed, clean restroom! one thing I want to request, i wish to have shelf in a shower booth! Room was very spacious and beautiful. It is in very central location, few minutes away from the bus station, shops, restaurants, everything is near.
