Spacious beautiful hotel in the suburbs of Pyatigorsk. Breakfast is very tasty and varied, live music plays. The rooms are spacious with all amenities. There is an outdoor restaurant under a huge tent with pools for sturgeon, all in colors and beauty. We didn't regret anything by staying here.

Thanks to all the staff! Very responsive staff starting from the reception, the cleaners cleaned every day, changed towels, always prompt and answer, very clean, everything you need is in the room. Special thanks to Mikhail, a man who never sits))) he is always doing something, thanks to him there is such comfort and order in the restaurant! The restaurant is open from 7.30 to 23.30 and Mikhail never showed any discomfort or fatigue. Always friendly and responsive! The hotel is of course in the suburbs of Pyatigorsk, but you can easily get to the city by taxi. Very quiet, clean, beautiful. We thank the team for the opportunity to relax and enjoy peace and harmony!

First. The hotel is located in an industrial zone and near the largest market in the Caucasus, and all nearby countries and cities come here. At the entrance to the hotel there is a wholesale warehouse for household chemicals. From our window there was a view of a fence with barbed wire and the wall of another apparently wholesale warehouse. At night, when you open the window, the refrigeration units are running and there is noise. In our room we could still hear the elevator working. As the child said, it feels like a plane is landing overhead. That's why they turn off the elevator from 23-00 to 7-00. Otherwise it is impossible to sleep. Second. The mattresses are hard, the rubber pillows are cheap. When you lay your head down, the pillow springs. They asked for a better pillow and somehow made the mattress softer, they promised, but no one brought anything. Maybe we're just unlucky. The staff tries hard, everything is clean. Everything in the restaurant is excellent and you won’t leave hungry. For breakfast, fruits, berries, fresh juices. Everything is very delicious.

Excellent clean new hotel, wonderful rooms, top notch service. Room cleaning is excellent. The girls at the reception are attentive, special thanks to the bartender and waiters. The breakfasts are amazing - delicious, varied, fresh. The rooms have everything you need.

Complete VIP, it’s so great, although it’s a little expensive to stay in a hotel like this, it’s worth the money, especially if not for a long time, we only live once so it’s worth visiting as much and everywhere as possible, we’re glad that we checked in with my wife, the service is top notch!

A cozy hotel with beautiful grounds on the outskirts of Pyatigorsk. Excellent staff, professional and humanely friendly. Delicious food in the restaurant, reasonable prices. Getting to the city center by taxi, but this is not such a problem, it’s comfortable after all. Many families relax at the hotel, and there are spaces for children. If you want to go on an excursion, the hotel will recommend you a good travel agency and help you with the organization. In general, during your stay you feel care and informal cordiality and hospitality. Come, you won't regret it!

This is not the first time I have lived in this hotel, but I will be happy to share my impressions again - excellent. One might even say - a standard option. There are simply no shortcomings inside the hotel. Maybe a small gym would be nice, yes, that would be cool, but overall, everything is just perfect: comfort, cleanliness, accessories inside the room, kitchen, and service. The price, of course, is not the lowest among offers, I agree. This can probably be considered a minus. Well, the location away from the city is also not always convenient; to get somewhere you need to call a taxi. Well, I found two shortcomings. )
