I came here with my dog. They were very accommodating even though I had suddenly decided to stay for multiple nights, and the room was spacious and clean! I stayed alone, but next time I would like to stay with my family. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it was very comfortable. They also lent me a cage for my dog for a fee, which was very helpful for me since I had to go on a sudden business trip! The soundproofing was also good, so I didn't have to worry about the noise of other dogs. I would definitely use their services again if I have to bring my dog to work.

I was glad to find out whether we could stay on the day after making several inquiries. We are a couple with pets and are unfamiliar with the area, and we are very grateful that they kindly waited for us when we arrived and explained everything to us in detail. Above all, we were happy that we could bring our beloved dog with us. We were able to spend our time without any worries, as we were also very considerate about infection prevention. This is the second time I visited Subashiri. Here, the day begins with the majestic Mt. Fuji appearing in front of you at dawn. The first time I stayed was in May, and I was able to enjoy the whole view of Mt. Fuji without clouds for about 15 minutes from around 6:00 in the morning. Unfortunately, the second stay was cloudy and I couldn't see it, but I have an impressive experience from the first time, so I'm thinking when I'll ask for the third time. If you bring your toothbrush, cosmetics, and nightwear, they will provide you with a comfortable space. Also, in this area, there are few lodgings that allow you to stay with pets, so it is a valuable facility. Self-catering facilities are fully equipped and you will not be inconvenienced. If you want to cook for yourself, there is a convenience store nearby, but there is no supermarket, so it is better to buy ingredients in advance before heading to your inn (Michi-no-Eki Subashiri is on the other side of the road).
