"I happened to experience a 5.8 magnitude earthquake in the Fuji Five Lakes area. The whole room shook violently, and all the bottles and jars on the table fell to the floor. Surprisingly, the hotel was completely fine after the quake. The earthquake resistance is truly impressive! 👍 If it hadn't been for the earthquake, I'd say this hotel is incredibly convenient. It's easy to get to Gotemba for shopping, and the bus service to and from Tokyo is also very accessible. My only regret is that I didn't get to see Mount Fuji 🗻"

"Had a good stay at this hotel for 2 nights. Booked the room facing mt Fuji and the view was really beautiful. The room is spacious and there are ample carpark slots available if you are driving. Additionally, it’s a 5 mins drive to Premium outlet too. However the public bath/onsen is relative small. Overall we had a good stay though! Thank you :)"

"The weather was not very good and it was raining, so it was not convenient to go outdoor sightseeing. I was thinking of driving for a half-day trip from Lake Kawaguchi to go shopping at the outlet of Gotemba. Forced to stranded in Gotemba for a night, searched from the location distance to this hotel, most importantly there is free parking provided, the price is also very affordable. As with the style of this hotel brand in the past, there is laundry, a large bath and enough daily necessities provided to provide enough equipment and facilities for a night of temporary outing. It is worth mentioning that the waiters at the front desk were very professional and hospitable, the sudden weather hindered the trip, gave assistance in this particularly helpless situation, thankfully early in the morning to unblock can return to the original hotel. Only the quality of room hygiene and cleanliness needs to be provided, the screens of the curtains are more dusty, and the cleanliness of the quilts and towels is acceptable."

The onsen (hot spring bath) has both outdoor and indoor areas, and both are very clean and comfortable. The vanity and toiletries in the onsen are high-end brands, and the service is excellent. Breakfast and dinner are plentiful, and parking is convenient, making it perfect for travelers who want a relaxing stay."

"The only downside was that the washing machine's spin cycle didn't work. Since it was only a 2-night, 3-day stay, I wrung out the towels by hand and hung them to dry. Because I dried them in my room, it prevented the room from getting too dry, haha."
