I went to Gramado with my family and we stayed at Sky and how nice it was there. The experience was great, the breakfast was delicious with many varieties, the staff was always very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and relatively large for four people. The hotel is on a very famous avenue in Gramado, so everything is close by.

Tive uma excelente experiência no hotel, ótima localização 1,9 km do centro da cidade, da pra ir caminhando, a avenida é iluminada e cheia de lindas hortênsias, fica em frente o pórtico então você pode tirar fotos em horários vazios como de manhã e após as 22h. Tenho que ressaltar o ótimo atendimento do sr. Valdecir, muito solicito e simpático. O café da manhã tem muita variedade e tudo fresquinho. O colchão do quarto em que fiquei era novinho e o chuveiro bom. O hotel é antigo, mas oferece um bom preço de hospedagem, então é uma relação de custo benefício, não adianta pagar barato na hospedagem e achar que vai encontrar um hotel recém reformado com tudo novinho. O hotel é muito antigo e precisa de algumas reformas, mas me atendeu muito bem, limpinho, atendimento e localização excelentes e preço acessível. Eu voltaria com certeza.

Breakfast and afternoon tea come with live music and a selection of sweet and savory delights. The wood stove serves up freshly brewed coffee and homemade bread, as well as more sophisticated pies and snacks. The accommodations are clean, new, and furnished to the highest standards. The hotel offers unique experiences such as Sunday Neapolitan pizza nights, Friday wine tastings, honey from stingless bee hives, and a gaucho master teaching about chimarrão culture. However, the most noteworthy aspect of the hotel is the staff - professional and polite, yet welcoming and personalized. From the managers to the housekeeping staff, the service is impeccable. It was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all expectations. We would come back 100 times. Great hotel!! The only negative point is access to the pool. Very bad. Or vc crosses all the parking inside the hotel or vc crosses out to reach the reception to pick up the lift to the pool. In other words, in cold and frozen days you have to pass out of clothes in front of any hotel reception.

Estive pela primeira vez em Gramado, hospedada no Life Infinity. Adoramos a hospedagem, o hotel. Quarto confortável, climatizado, limpo, higienizado. Serviço de arrumação bom. Café da manhã maravilhoso, com muitas opções e sempre tudo muito fresquinho e ambiente limpo. Atendimento perfeito, educação e cordialidade de todos os funcionários. Com certeza será sempre uma ótima escolha para voltarmos à cidade.

This hotel has a lot to offer but the service and the food and beverage area is sub par. Marián at the front desk is the nicest person I met, very helpful and understanding. People at the restaurant and the pool are also very nice. The facilities and the heated pool is very nice. I think it’s the highlight of the hotel. The rooms are standard, clean and small. Not much amenities that one would expect, not even a cup in the bathroom to brush your teeth. Or tissues. Front desk is extremely stiff and unhelpful. I went early to pay my check out bill and was told I had to pay in exact cash. What hotel doesn’t have change for its guests? Marián who checked me in happened to be there and explained to his colleague that I wasn’t Brazilian therefore didn’t pay in credit card. So he reluctantly went and got Change for me. What I don’t understand is why he didn’t do so in the first place. The hotel is a 15 mins drive from the city center. I would stay elsewhere if it were up to me.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. However, for my surprise, a additional value of R$ 17.84 was charged as a ”service fee” at the check-out, which was reported by the reception that the daily registered as a payment in the hotel system was not R$ 20.41 but a lower value of R$ 17.84. The value of R$ 205.19 (card bill) + R$ 2.46 (tx of tourism paid at reception = correct) is being charged on my credit card. At the end of the day is with the price of R$ 205.19 + R$ 2.46 + R$ 17.84 = R$ 225.49! Clearer information on the daily prices is needed on the website of Trip.com. R$ 17.84 could be refunded/ returned.

The hotel is located near the Canela Stone Cathedral, but in a short walking street. The restaurant serves very good breakfast quality. Other times have a variety of options on the cart for lunch, lunch or dinner. Clean/hygienized accommodation with smeral. Garage with manobrist if necessary.
