Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman

Brand new hotel, loved it! The staff all around the resort were so helpful. From the lobby staff to receptionist to the room cleaning staff to the pool assistants to restaurant staff. My children loved the pool area, which had deep end infinity and also the shallow area where the smaller children can play safely.

Everything is excellent.. We had a great breakfast with my friends at Catalina Restaurant! Thank you Ms Melvie, Mr Starsky, JP, Vikash, Cynthia, and Willy.. Can’t wait for another time to spend with you guys!! Highly reccomended!! 🥳🥳 👌

We had the most amazing breakfast the first morning of our stay at the restaurant Catalina in Hotel Indigo! Cynthia was our server and really made the entire experience perfect! Not only was the food selection and quality amazing but with the service that Cynthia provided, it was over the top! I will be back and I highly recommend!

We have nothing to complain in this hotel as they really have an absolutely amazing customer service! I have a 13 month old boy and they have everything we need for him during our stay!!! From crib, to swim diapers, not to mention he was given a surprise toy too 💕 It was also our wedding anniversary and a surprise setup was made in our room which is so lovely! Note the these surprises (toy and setup) have personal messages too which we find very sweet! It was an excellent stay indeed and even though we’re residents of Cayman, we’ll definitely come back!!!

Meh. May as well go to Miami. This place is nice, but also sterile and boring. This is a poor representation of the Caribbean. The rooftop is nice, but its a long walk across a road to get to the beach. There is no personality or character. Its just monotonous l, as it all of Darts properties

I had an Amazing Dinner at Catalina, food is delicious and the service is 5 stars. Ishwaq is super friendly and delivers an outstanding customer service. The venue is cozy and beautifully setup. We surely come back soon! Thank you very much indeed.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday here and it was amazing. I wanna thank our server Ishfaq he provided excellent customer care, very attentive, and was on the ball too attending to our tables needs and request. We are definitely coming back.

Not a rating on the hotel, but the restaurant "Catalina". My besties and I visited today for lunch and instantly fell in love with the place. The ambience was nice, décor rustic and chic, but lets get to the good stuff - FOOD!!! The Parker House Rolls we had for starters was soooo delicious, can't wait to go back and get again. We all had the chicken sandwich, they had fries and me with a side salad, it was so good I think the fries were drizzle in truffle oil and the side salad well dressed - we couldn't eat it all. Portion may look small once they set it down in front of you, but it isn't, we were all full about half way thru and took home leftovers. The drink menu looked good, but we all settled with juices and water. Now on to the service, absolutely fabulous got to give a big shoutout to Cynthia our server, she's such a beautiful soul, constantly check in on us and gave great suggestions, the whole team at Catalina was great everyone had a genuine smile. I believe it was the manager that pop over to chat with us and shared a joke with us, also have to say thank you again to all other team members that interacted with us, all very attentive. Oh last but not least, I can't forget the greeters at the door, they were wonderful too, we got valet parking as we were dining in and the greeter walked us to the restaurant (had no clue where anything was). Got my car back quickly and we were on our way with full bellies and lots of laughter. We all agree to go back again and bring our hubbies along next time lol. S.Lewis "Birthday Girl"
