This is the second tine staying here when we come into this area. And we will continue to stay here everytime. Its a great place to stay. It certainly is not the fanciest of places but the customer service is top notch. The employees from check in, to cleaning to the breakfast set up are amazing. You wint be disappointed.

The staff was friendly, but our room was dirty. Had not been vacuumed, broken curtain, drawers wouldn’t stay closed, hair on the shower walls and toilet paper was open and partially used. At least 50 people in the pool area with 30 kids running, pushing each other and no towels in site. Hotel was decent, but dirty. Wouldn’t stay again. Apart from all of this, the women working breakfast during our stay was wonderful! So sweet and friendly.

I stayed at this hotel about 3 years ago when my child was 1 or 2, it was difficult then due to no elevator, carrying all things baby and my own un and down stairs. But our stay was nice and quiet, we really didn’t spend much time there other than to sleep.
This visit was definitely different! My son absolutely loved the pool, able to swim anywhere in the pool with his arm floaties since pool isn’t more than 5 ft deep. Goes from 3ft-5ft and it was also very clean. Public pools creep me out so that made me very happy.
Our room didn’t have a shower curtain and the toilet didn’t work and the a/c, heat system didn’t work either. Of course I called the front desk and the lady helped me over the phone fix the a/c, heat system, the shower curtain I forgot to ask about but the toilet did get fixed, the following day.
The room was clean enough and we slept very good. Thank you

Worst stay ever we had no privacy we asked for a room away from noise and other people because they were rude and put us right next to laundry room

My stay went ok was up all night with my allergies due to dust, the curtains and end tables were very dusty. The pool and hot tub was fun but kids stayed in there after hrs so no quiet time was had, and being a couple get away that was wanted. I will be coming back since the pool was so fun but rooms really need a good top to bottom refresh and cleaning.

Morning breakfast was AWESOME...and the older female with glasses...didnt get her name...kept food stocked, area clean and even chatted with guests! I told her eggs were cold...she stired them and offered to get me some fresh hot eggs and went above and beyond...in her customer service! Kudos to her...I will return to Baymont Grand Haven...because of HER!

Amazing stay but it was very loud. I could hear everything from my neighbors and the people above me made an insane amount of noise the whole two night stay. When I brought it up I was told it was maintenance which I totally understand. But it just kept going way after hours. Otherwise though this place is incredible and I couldn’t recommend it more. Amazing bang for your buck and the people who work there are super nice. Very good quality hotel with good food, a bank and a Walgreens within walking distance. Very nice room. Highly recommend this place.

The ceiling was peeling and you could tell there was water damage. We had stink bugs in our room. The hot tub was green and the chemicals were so strong they burnt our skin, nose and throat. When I went to the front desk they couldn’t help me they wrote down my complaint and said that there wasn’t a manager on duty either day of our stay.

Didn't like no heat in bathroom. You have to leave door open to get heat. Otherwise decent for price.
