Hotels near Fantasy island in Grand Island

New and modern hotel. No other business close by but easy drive to tourist destinations of Niagara Falls. Friendly housekeeping staff and lady who operates the breakfast. Breakfast good but this location did not have the cinnamon rolls that other Holiday Inn Express provide. The lady working there kept everything well stocked and very clean. Front desk personal are not very helpful as at other tourist destinations. I didnt use the indoor pool since the water felt a bit cool and there were no guest towels. I probably would stay again because of the price.

Very nice hotel in Niagara Falls. Exceptional service by Bill (bartender), Sarah at check-in desk, and Tina, our server at dinner. The room was spacious, bed & linens very nice and comfortable. We loved having a couch and ottoman for extra space. Plenty of parking also, but cost $15 a day which seemed an unreasonable extra charge considering our two night stay was $525. Unlike the Hampton Inn next door, breakfast is not included, thus also extra cost and time required. Hotel is not by a highway, so no traffic noise which was nice. Tip: you have to request housekeeping service as it is not automatically done.

Overall it was a good experience staying in this hotel. Room were clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful in providing information. Breakfast was good just they need to be more proactive to refill the stuff once it is finished.

Was looking for a Hotel to stay and while we were in town for our daughters soccer tournament. The room was nice and had no problems at all, the pool was bigger then other pools I have seen in other hotels and it was nice. Breakfast area was nice and big. Front desk was very nice and so were the other people that worked there. There was not complaints from us at all. I would stay there again.

There are breakfast, usually American scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, as well as sausage and ham. You can also make some waffles yourself. There are three kinds of cereals. There are two kinds of fruits. Basically, there are drinks, like juice or milk. The hotel has a washing machine and dryer, and each floor has it. Washing machine 8 25 cents wash once, the dryer is 4 25 cents. If you don't have enough cents, you can go to the front desk to change. Baggage can also be stored at the front desk without any fees. There is a parking lot.

The room was big and tidy. The service attitude is okay. Although we had already paid on Ctrip, we still swiped our credit card for $110 when we arrived at the store, claiming that the parking fee was pre-deducted. But we still haven't successfully refunded it three days after we left. What the hell is Ctrip customer service saying that refunds will take several weeks? We can refund the money to the credit card on the spot at other hotels.

We stayed at The Sleep Inn Buffalo Amherst on September 14/15th (one night) 2022 in Room 514. First impression of the place pretty clean and inviting though a little dark and slightly outdated. The receptionist, Melanie, was outstanding, super friendly and followed through with all our requests. She made our stay exceptional! As far as the room - adequate. There are a few MINOR maintenance and housekeeping issues that should be addressed to make the room better: 1. The bathroom toilet paper dispenser had used up roll of paper on it with only one use remaining! It had the customary “v” fold so I know housekeeping saw it but let it fly. See photo below. 2. Speaking of “fly” there was a fly buzzing around in the room when we first entered. Very annoying. Had to swat it. 3. The bathroom light (not the shower) works but intermittently. It takes a few tries to get it to come on. Probably the switch needs replaced. 4. The bathroom door does not lock from inside. Needs slight adjustment. 5. The shower head pipe coming from the wall has a cover plate that will not stay in place and slides out from the wall and falls on the shower head. 6. At the bottom of the shower door, inside and outside, there is an ugly buildup of mold/mildew. Needs cleaned better. 7. The room has a slight mildew odor and smells like feet. Maybe it needs a good shampooing. Overall, a pleasant stay. The breakfast, on Sept 15, was much better than we expected. Plenty of everything to make for a great breakfast. The dining area employee (did not catch her name, from Cambodia) was super nice and friendly and talked to us at length and asked us how our stay was; which was overall great!

What a pleasure! Staff is the absolute best!! Room was clean and had everything we need! Location is fantastic with all shops close and highway near by! Pool was clean and beautiful. Will definitely be back!!
