Clarion Inn Grand Junction

We always stay here when we fly out of Grand Junction airport. Pros: Comfortable beds and affordable rates, with free extended parking. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast. Cons: The bathroom needs updating. Noisy neighbors and dogs barking in the room next to ours. Air conditioner/heater was hard to control the temperature.

We stay at this property alot. We had previously asked that the clock radio alarm be replaced in a specific room because it didn't work but it was not. We stepped on two single edge razor blades that were laying in the hallway going to the indoor pool so extreme danger of cutting a foot. Two younger girls were running the interior hallway for over three hours while numerous guests called the desk and complained to no avail. Stay was a bit frustrating

Great location for trips for families with kids and teens. But that does also bring the normal issues with places that have a lot of kids staying there. Great stay overall.

Our room smelt like something had burnt up (like a hair dryer) and I tried calling the front desk and the phone didn't work and the air/ heat didn't seem to work right. The rooms are pretty dated and my bed was super squeky every time I moved.

Breakfast was awesome, pillows were pretty flat, keys did not work the outside doors and we had to drive around to the office to get back in the hotel. Pools inside were great but exterior could use a little remodeling and new color scheme.

Great location. Nice pool and hot tub area. The included breakfast was ok. Nothing to write home about. Staff was friendly. Room was very nice and clean. Parking was free. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore the area.

This hotel needs a revamp. The furniture in our room was old and tattered, the toilet flushed only when we jingled the chain in the tank, and the t.v. was small. The entry through the side door showed its age, and the smell was bothersome. The bed was comfortable, and there was a nice breakfast, although it was not hot like it should have been. I would not stay there again.

Not much to say. Rude desk clerk for hard of hearing customer.Unknown deposit before paying. One little shower towel for each person. Blood on the interior curtains. Layout is a maze to find room for first and last customer. TV is a technicians nightmare to operate. Needles to say won't be back.
