Service was very helpful. Since I was going to be arriving after hours, I was called with how to access the key card for my room. The highlighted map inside was great to find my room. I was a little nervous when I first arrived to the room, because the shades were open and a few lights as well as the TV were on. It made me feel like there was already someone in the room. I entered the room with my key and took a look around, but there was nobody there. The area where this hotel is located is nice. There is a lot of shopping and food areas nearby. The room was pretty clean, but it had a faint smell of smoke. One of the shades in the room by the door I couldn't see how to close them, so that made me nervous, because then you could see into the room, and when you look in that window it looks directly at the bed area. That made me feel slightly uncomfortable since I'm not familiar with the area.

The hotel ignored my reservation, and when I arrived, all rooms were fully booked. I did not get any help finding alternative accommodations.

Yes, it is welcome for pets. I don't have a pet. Staff was friendly. Room wasn't clean to the normal standards dust and dirt on the floor, rod for hanging towels and wash cloths was broke.

Check-in time was listed as 1pm. Got there at 11am and was told might be able to get a room by 1pm. Went in person at 1pm and was told none available wait till 3pm. Checked in at 3pm got a room. Went into the room the floor was very dirty was not swept/mopped properly. There was animal poop under the couch. There were no bedsheets pillows blankets or anything for the pullout bed. There were only two lights in the room located in the kitchen. The thermostat kept changing temps on its own. The bathroom is a fall hazard when even the slightest wet. The check-in manager was rude overall. The other guests staying there are rude. Overall for the price it sucks. Hopefully the new company that bought this place will be better

The front office was not open for me to check in when i arrived at 6pm so i had to find somewhere else to stay

The nearby establishment offers excellent accommodations for dogs, and the staff is professional and attentive. The room, appliances, bed, and bath are all of superior quality..spacious parking lot and the shops, restaurants nearby.. l high recommend price affordable

dirty outdated room, the tv remote barely worked, pictures online were misleading.

The room was disgusting, the floor was so sticky your shoes stayed when you moved, there was black hair on the walls of the shower, there was God knows what in the freezer and fridge and the couch made you cringe and I sure wouldn't use a black light in the room. The front desk clerk was rude and refused to switch rooms or have housekeeping come and clean the room. Her response was well I can give you a refund and you can find someplace else to go. Apparently they don't like being called out on what needs to be cleaned or that they have nasty rooms

Our heat didn’t work. The thermostat stayed at 60, and we ended up turning the stove and oven on for heat. The sliding door was also left unlock, a bag of trash (13 gallon sz trash bag) was left behind the door entrance, and a used bar of soap was left behind.
