Disappointed that this facility did not seriously provide someone on hand to help unload your luggage from the car and offer to carry to the room after check in. I watched similar poor service with workers standing around inside the lobby.
Not sure about to residency units or system at this golf lodging, but too expensive for what we received.
Management should look into their customer greeting system for sure.
Nobody even asked to help with bags whike checking out.
They had great social media pre-check in and check out emails.
