The staff at this hotel are amazing! Always friendly and welcoming! Hands down my favorite stop on the road. I always look forward to it. Great location downtown and within walking distance to great restaurants!

The front desk clerk BARBARA is the best!!!!!! She makes the whole place feel like you want to be there! We would definitely stay here again.

Only bad item was the exhaust fan did not work in the BR.

Rooms were newly remodeled and could not have been cleaner. Super comfortable bed and a great breakfast. Walking distance to downtown and Falls Park.

My husband and myself stayed at this hotel and woke up the last morning to several roaches in the bathroom. We took the insects down to the desk and was told a manager would be in contact. I do not believe we have ever been contacted by a manager but instead front desk clerks. They called and said we would be issued some of our $ back, never happened. Called back, oh you have to go thru trip.com, called , they called hotel. Called me back and told me Allison would take care of it. She has sent me an entail where she credited account, bank says not there, to ask for tracing number. They will not provider me with a tracing number. Was told several different amounts were credited, different story every time I call. So now they say nothing they can do, call trip.com again , I have reached out again with no luck! Customer service STINKS ! Did I mention having to unpack ahd shake everything out before taken belongings back into our home? Little German roaches!, I don’t want them.

Walking distance to restaurants/bars on Main St.! A little farther walk than some of the other hotels but worth it for saving a lot of money! The front desk lady, Barbara, was so sweet and welcoming! Rooms were nice and comfortable.

We had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in downtown Greenville. Conveniently located to Bon Secours Wellness Arena as well as many downtown restaurants.

Stayed here for three nights and it was pretty awesome! Venus was AMAZING! So friendly and asked us about or day if we saw her on our way back to our room. The rest of the staff we interacted with was also very friendly!

Everything was great. We have found Holiday Inn Express to be very consistent in providing excellent service, and we love their breakfast options. The best Blu slight negative about this stay was that not all of the breakfast options were ready and available at 8am. They never put the sausage gravy out, the biscuits were not warm, and the pancakes were not available. Those are our favorite items. :) Nevertheless, everything else was great.

Nice hotel at the edge of downtown with lots of parking. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants downtown.

Great visit. The IHG agents checked us in quickly and were really nice and helpful. Clean place and large room.
