We had a nice stay at Hampton Inn in Greenville. It was good for price, nothing exceptional but not horrible either. Carpet in rooms should go, I just think that makes the area feel unclean. Beds were fairly comfortable, and breakfast was a nice perk. Oh we did book this with the impression there was indoor pool for kids..... website states indoor pool with pictures but there is NOT one. That was a major disappoin**ent for kids, please update info!

Stay was super friendly from the front desk to the service man. Older woman in the breakfast room was great and entertaining. Some of the equipment needed to be replaced as it was not working.

The staff was very rude- there was an issue with ******* and my reservation where I reserved another night but they only had me in for 1 night and instead of being understanding and trying to help me figure it out, they basically kicked me out of the hotel. I will not go there again

Large comfortable and well-appointed room. Welcoming staff at front desk. Very good breakfast. The server should be working at a pricey restaurant. Friendly and attentive. Very convenient location. Only downside is road noise.
