Currently undergoing remodeling and construction so lots of rough looking hallways and carpets. Staff is nice and the room was clean and fine. Just expect work areas

Our stay was good But I guess they are renovating so the halls etc look bad The room is fine I think they have renovated them The bed was very comfortable so I assume a newer mattress Breakfast was pretty good Just didn’t like them holding a deposit on my money I’ve never had to do that but by the next day it was taken off So that at least made me feel better

Paint was peeling on the walls. Accused of smoking in the room. We are no smokers. Picture sent from bathroom stated there was ashes on the counter. There was not. Kept my $100 deposit. Very disappointing

Even though the facility was under repairs it was a very clean and comfortable !! The beddding was AMAZING the breakfast was awesome!! Will DEFINITELY be going back when we visit Greeneville
