Need tv in bedrooms, when we stepped off elevator we were met with a water puddle, only one cart to carry items to room.. so inconvenient

This was the perfect place for our weekend stay. Wonderful location, comfortable (albeit a little on the lower side) beds, nice linens, and proper ammenities. A few things to note: Only the common sitting area has a TV, if you are in a three-bedroom, one of the bedrooms doesn't have any windows, and there is no on-site parking. The parking is close by, however, and non of these other things were issues for us. We will definately be staying at the Mint House when we return to Greenville.

Would stay there again. Great location. Parking was a hassle and the handle on the bedroom door was broken (luckily my husband was in the living area and let me out!). The apar**ent was very spacious and well-appointed. Little things like extra paper towels and trash bags, laundry and dish soap, etc. were in the apar**ent so we didn’t need to make a run to the store for essentials.

We were in town for the Greenville Half Marathon. The location of the Mint House was perfect! We were able to walk and enjoy all of downtown Greenville. Accessing the apar**ent was easy. We felt right at home. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful property overall.
Room that I was in had dirty walls with large chips of paint missing. Maintenance issues.

Great location.
Three bedroom sitting area needs more chairs.
Kitchen is not well supplied, no small spoons and very limited cooking utensils.

Utilitarian. Clean, large, good to have a refrigerator. But - very basic. Plastic tub/shower, bad mattress, lumpy pillows, parking is not great. Better as a longer term stay, but not good for a night. Does not come close to competing with other 3 star hotel choices.

The Swamp Rabbit brought us to Greenville. This is a perfect location to the train, parking, and restaurants and shops.
