We enjoyed one night at this gorgeous hotel! This was a quick holiday getaway for myself and my teen daughters. The hotel facilities are top notch with beautiful decor and amazing views and location. We enjoyed the pianist in the lobby, drink up check in, easy valet service and storage of luggage while we walked around downtown before leaving. The staff were overall extremely friendly with only a few exceptions that were just mediocre. The room had lots of seating which was nice as well as soft blankets on the bottom of the beds, although the blankets looked as if they needed a wash with some spots of things so unfortunately could not use. We enjoyed hanging out by the fireplace and being able to walk to the beautiful scenery of the river, great shopping, and food options such as Gather GVL food hall and ice cream at Marble Slab. And I was thrilled the cute little holiday market right outside the hotel was open for us to shop around and grab some great smelling holiday candles. Breakfast at Between the Trees was amazing - highly recommend the omelets and blueberry pancakes!

When we walked through the doors it took our breath away. Every little detail was gorgeous. The staff was excellent and our room was spotless. We had breakfast in the restaurant it was so yummy, counting the days until we can visit this resort in the beautiful city of Greenville

The hotel was nice, a lot of walking traffic in from the street almost not enough seating areas for a big crowd. It was clean, the beds, pillows, sheets and blankets were just OK. I was hoping they would be more plush and comfortable. The mattresses were firm. The pillows were average. The walls are very thin. We had a family with a baby next to us who cried all night, and we could hear them very clearly all night. Our view was pretty, nice big windows. Restaurant is pretty and good food.
Lobby feels commercial, I was hoping for a more cozy feel.

The hotel itself is nice. The rooms are just average for the price point. The biggest issue is housekeeping. We hung a sign on our door for service everyday at 10am. One day we only had our bed made and our trash taken out. They left us with no toilet paper, coffee or facial tissues. The next day our sign was completely ignored and not our room was not serviced at all. When we returned around 3pm we were made to wait 1 hour until the room was serviced. Very inconvenient as we had plans for dinner at 6pm and wanted to rest up and shower before our reservations. Nice hotel, just not sure they have worked out all the kinks yet. I do have to mention that the front desk staff were all very pleasant and went out of their way to try and accommodate us, especially Kwame and one of the managers, her name began with an S, but I cannot remember her full name.

Woke up at around 6AM to what sounded like pallets being thrown and stacked for about 20 minutes along with some other general construction noise (garbage trucks and loud dumpster banging and moving).... that was not appropriate for 6AM outside our room.

The actual hotel is simply amazing, super cool and with extremely beautiful art work.
Unfortunately, is the staff and service far from service oriented, few staff members are still good but most shouldn’t be in the hospitality industry.
Way too expensive for the experience.
We stayed here just when the hotel open and at that time the everything was amazing - well not anymore!

Stayed 2 nights, two different rooms. Overall our experience was very good.
However, it was Thanksgiving weekend/holiday time and there was a cute little Christmas Market right outside the hotel lobby that draws visitor and residents from around the region.
Nothing wrong with that…but the Bohemian lobby was packed with non-guests/families the entire time we were there and people taking photos of the beautiful lobby and views and just hnging out in the warm lobby. It felt like overcrowded Disney World in there during most of the morning through the evenings.
So none of the public spaces you would normally want to hang out in, were relaxing. See: crowded Disney World
My understanding is that visitors hanging out (non paying guests) is normal for this hotel, but maybe not as many as we experienced during this Thanksgiving/Holiday weekend
Not sure what else the hotel could do about this; just felt it was worth mentioning if you are looking for a calm, relaxing stay and chilling in the public spaces of the hotel.
I do recommend a stay here, but maybe during a quieter weekend.
