A big welcome from our driver “Big O” as he asked to be called. Whenever you saw him he went out of his way to assist. Friendly staff from the front desk, waiters, bartenders, beach staff, and manager. Shout out to Demetrius who waited on us several times. He was kind enough to recreate a frozen version of Bahama Mama. He always greeted us with a smile. And he even help me best my husband in “Island Checkers”. Thanks to everyone at The Cove who made our 26th Anniversary unforgettable.

This is one of the most lovely spots on Eleuthera. Everything was pristine and well kept. The views were breathtaking and we sat on a bench at the edge of cliff nightly to watch the sun set. But what makes this different are the people...Big O Angie Miss J WOW and thank you

Overall good - the hotel can improve in their room maintenance and the quality of guest experiences given the price level. The food in the restaurant of the hotel is amazing.

My husband and I had the best few days spent at the cove! We went desiring relaxation, beautiful views, and delicious dining and got just that! The staff was wonderful-all so friendly and eager to serve. We took a half day boat tour with LJ which was another highlight of our stay! We are excited for the renovations and updates to come, which will make the cove even more dreamy! We hope to return one day!

While this resort is situated on a gorgeous white sand beach cove, it is truly the wonderful staff that makes this the perfect laid back get-away. They are accommodating, nonobtrusive and always smiling. The Cove is a lovely place to unwind for a few days while being pampered in utopia.

So special to experience a remote luxury resort without the high rise, wall to wall hotel, stereotypical vacation hotel look. Also have the luxury of visiting neighboring Harbour Island and the rest of the unaffected island of Eleuthera.

We left the property two days into our trip. Employees were fine, the property needs a total makeover. It may have been fine 30 years ago.

Everyone was great! Loved the property and the views. Josh and Big O were awesome. Birthday dinner on the beach was above our expectations. I hope others take advantage. Would love to have the bon fire every night! With s’mores options. You don’t want to drive the roads after dark. Not ce to have things to do at the resort after dark. Maybe some live music.

the vacation was good, the property and landscape need a refresh. cooperate Louise was amazing. very involved in all aspects. front desk was accommodating on transportation. menu could use some more verity
