Great soundproofing, you cannot hear anything in the room which was lovely. The location is perfect for a night or 2 en route to Niagara Falls. Our room was on the ground floor.
The room had almost everything you need - no kettle though. The shower wasn't particularly powerful either and no bath. We tried to order room service a few times but no one answered the phone, so we went to Moxies, the food was good but I didn't feel particularly comfortable with the service there.
Walmart and McDonald's is just across the road which was great.
I'd say all in all, it was a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Check-in staff was very friendly and another member of staff was very helpful to get us another water glass when asked.
The pool was great fun for the kids, and Mama appreciated the hot tub!
The room was very nice, one of the nicest hotel showers I've ever used.
Location was convenient to access, close to amenities. A bit loud from the highway being right there.
The only negative thing I noticed was dried toothpaste splatter all over the wall beside the sink, for the rest it looked great. Thanks for a fun stay - the kids say they want to move in lol :)

It is essentially in a Walmart parking lot, right beside what appears to be 10 lanes of traffic. Very noisy. Not really near much.
Family crisis demanded I cut my visit short and I checked out 2 days early . I have yet to see a final bill and I am unclear if I will receive a refund. It is clear that the room was readily rentable on that last unused day. Minimum.
Reserved through *******, and there is notably no way to indicate I checked out early. Yet the hotel says I need to change the ******* reservation first - which I pointed out has no function to do so. Big catch 22.
So, I’ll stop booking hotels through *******, if the likelihood is high in the future that deserved refunds will be difficult to collect. I stayed 2 nights. I may have to pay for 4 nights. ******* just adds another layer in non-standard situations.

Nice modern hotel in a poor area of Hamilton. ******* says you get free breakfast. Hotel staff say no breakfast is available. It's bizarre considering Dennie's is attached to the hotel. As a VIP member, they should NOT downgrade the room experience VS what was booked considering we booked in at 4 pm in the afternoon.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times. The staff have always been extremely helpful and friendly. The last time we stayed there, I requested a bathtub and the gentleman upgraded my room for no charge so that was nice. Unfortunately there are strange folks that you can encounter in the area, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. There’s a Walmart right across the plaza which is convenient if you need anything and close to whatever you need (banks, restaurants, coffee etc). The fixtures are starting to fall into disrepair alittle bit. Nothing major just chipped paint here and peeling wallpaper there. I personally don’t care about that but someone else might. I didn’t try any extra amenities so I can’t comment on those.
