Provide transport from train station to the hotel🤗 The view was nice

Nice mountain view from the room, but the room is not big. The hotel located 10 mins walk from the Grindlewald station and 2 mins walk from the First Bahn to go Grindlewald First. The breakfast is nice but it’s only open at 7am hence it’s quite rush if you have early activity which you have to leave the hotel early e.g to go to Jung frau.

The staffs are so friendly and nice. It is quite near to grindewald terminal ard 10 mins or u can choose to take a bus that stop straight infront of the hotel. love the balcony

Warmly welcomed by the hotel welcome drinks. The inclusive breakfast was amazing with the nice view. Very near, walking distance to buy tickets for Grindelwald First activities.

Best choice ever. I highly recommend this hotel. They know what you want. And they do that before you require

The view from my room was fabulous and the breakfast was so good.

Service was great and so was breakfast. Very expressive for what it is but I think that will be the case almost everwhere in Grindelwald

Best hotel I have ever stayed during my Grindelwald Trip. Good service and nice room. We celebrate birthday in the hotel and I reli appreciate hotel’s arrangement. The bar, restaurant, room and breakfast amazing 🤩

The service counter very bad attitude ,and no pick up us when reply email 10 time above.while on breakfast we cannot come outdoor the view for photo.since we spend alot but alot of thing don't satisfy us worst hotel I stay in switzerland.

Had a great stay at Sunstar Hotel, staff were helpful and welcoming. Had a nice view of Eiger Mountain just outside on our balcony. Rooms were clean and spacious with modern decor. Highly recommend.

Good location with walkable to bus stop and first adventure mountain.

Service and room are fantastic! If you are bringing a few luggage here it will be best if you contact them to arrange transport to ferry you over.

Very big and awesome room. Good spread of breakfast. We have a good time:)
