I was expecting much, just an affordable option to mohegans ridiculous room rates and this short stay was alpt nicer than i expected. Will definitely continue to use this place over mohegans rooms as long as the rates stay low.

It is a nice hotel, pretty new looking and very clean. The room was large with a small sofa and desk chair as well as microwave and mini fridge. All very new looking. The shower was walk in and had pump bottles for shampoo, conditioner and body wash which I love instead of the tiny bottles. Nice pantry area by the front desk and lounge, your regular continental breakfast with a few hot items like waffle maker and mini omelettes. My only complaints with the property was the bed mattress in the room (King bed) and the hot tub. The bed was awfully firm and felt very cheap. It was so uncomfortable we thought about leaving the night before we checked out. The hot tub was nice the second evening but the first evening it was only at 90 degrees F which is not a hot tub temp. The front desk guy checked it and turned it up but it was not as nice as it was the second evening. The room looked right at the highway which didn’t bother us at all and was convenient, but the building is very close to rt 395.

Front desk staff had excellent sense of humor. Free shuttle to Mohegan was nice along with free breakfast the next morning. Room was large and clean, no issues

The entire location was super clean. All staff were very friendly. Breakfast was not very good but I have had worse. The only complaint on the bedroom is that we stayed 2 nights with 2 confirmed people but only had 3 towels.

Hotel is nice, clean, cozy and friendly, very convenient to the Mohegan Sun where my daughter had her volleyball tournaments , it is like 9 min. Good breakfast ,nice pool.

Check in was terrific. Customer service listened and put us in a nice quiet area since we had an early start to our day and wanted plenty of rest. Room was clean and comfortable.
Check out was simple and staff was nice.
HOWEVER, Got home and saw a $6 charge come through. When I called to ask what it was for, I was told that waters from room were missing. This is the second time happening at a Hampton inn. We did not need, want, or take the waters and I was upset that it was our word against cleaning staff. I feel scammed. Next time we check out of a hotel, I guess we'll bring the waters to the front desk so they know we didn't take the waters. It was not a nice feeling to have been accused of something that we did not take.
I later found out that two other families staying that night were also charged for waters they did not take. All of this is just not right. Doesn't leave a nice feeling or make me want to go to another Hampton inn if this repeatedly happens.

I booked a room here because we just needed a place to stay the night because we were going to a concert at Mohegan Sun, and I wanted something in close proximity. The hotel was nice and the room was clean. The girl at the front desk was helpful, but the hidden gem of this hotel is Jim the Shuttle driver! I guess I didn't realize they offered a shuttle to the ******. Jim happened to be at the desk as we checked in. He asked if we were going to the concert and told us he drives the shuttle to the ******. Everyone needs to take advantage of this amazing service! We didn't have to worry about driving and finding parking at the ******. If you stay at this hotel, ask for Jim. He is the man!!!

My fiancée and I really enjoyed our stay. There is a convenient shuttle to Mohegan Sun that is included in the stay. Definitely will stay here again!
