Pet-friendly Hotels in Guadalajara

This is a truly great place , top of list the staff are great bunch of lovely people.The cost was amazing so reasonable,lovely garden miniature orange tree right out side the door,flowers and swimming pool. It took a bit to get our bearings but once you do its very central and guess what the hotel taxi was clean , courteous and a great driver so use him if you are at all worried.. Good restaurant excellent staff and menu and great hot coffee

We stayed for a week at this hotel. The location is centralized and right next to the Plaza del Sol, a large open air shopping center. First and foremost, the service was outstanding. At all times we felt the staff cared and did what they could to help us enjoy our stay. The breakfast at the Cafe Urbano was outstanding with a wide array of freshly prepared and delicious food. The service at the Cafe Urbano deserves special mention. We tried the French restaurant and enjoyed it; tasty French bistro style food and good wine. The club level service was very good, with two hours of a very fine wine. We were pleased with the upgrade that we received due to IHG diamond status; the room had a living room and a ridiculous bathroom. Not many cons; the pool is underwhelming and there did not seem to be many guests. All and all, we felt the famous IHG hospitality and recommend.

Very comfortable bed, pillows could be better, not so fluffy anymore. Rooms with two beds have bathtubs and it was perfect to relax after being at the Expo. Super hot water. Very extensive breakfast. There is everything. I loved it.

It came to 10am and they told me that at the moment it was not available because they were cleaning them, I went to the waiting room to be called and it was 1pm, I approached to ask and the girl tells me that they still haven't available, I tell you I have I'm listening and watching that they've already passed to four pairs before me. I'm gonna get back and start tasteing a cake leaving the problem to one of your fellows. I'm talking to someone from above, I'm explaining the problem, we go to reception and in what three minutes I had already room ...

The hotel is really beautiful! Even the local customers of our appointment said that he had seen the most renovated hotel in the local area! The room and bathroom are large enough, very stylish, and the toiletries (except the toothbrush) are fully prepared. The hotel’s breakfast is rich and fresh fruit is found every day. The restaurant's dinner is also very good, the price is very high, and the restaurant is facing the garden, with the good weather in Mexico, very beautiful. All the staff are very friendly, we feel very recommended for 7 days! !

Very good hotel, it is a tall building in Guacheng, standing in front of the window, half of the city has a panoramic view, very close to the cathedral, downstairs is Wal-Mart, very convenient, stay here next time

The hotel is just opposite the Guadalajara pavilion. It is very convenient to go to the pavilion. The breakfast at the hotel is also good. Also go to plaza de sol.

Great place, comfortable for everyone! Would 100% go there again and would recommend anyone to visit it, went with my friends and really enjoyed the breakfasts they served, also great service from the concierge and the assistant, such a pleasent young lady! I believe her name was Yizel
