It was a little cute hotel with a superb and wonderful staff who were always willing to help and give some advice of what to do and where do eat nearby.
The hotel facilities were great and it is clean! The room is spacious with an en-suite bathroom!

The room is quiet small and old but clean.
The staff are accomodating. The location is accessible to metro train. Breakfast is buffet and excelent.

its very nice place and the staff is nice also… we stay for 2 nights and it easy to go anywhere a good place in tokyo… i really want to go there again with my families.

Had an amazing stay at Rembrandt! Hotel is just a few meters away from Nishikasai Station. The room was clean and staffs from the Front Office were extremely friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay there on my next visit to Tokyo. 😀

It was my first time seeing a front desk staff member playing with his smartphone, but he served me well, so it was fine lol I was worried because the reviews were bad, but the room was clean so I was relieved. The staff were friendly and the location was great as Nishikasai Station was right next to it, but the facilities were very old and most of all, the bathroom smelled really bad.
It's a hotel I really don't want to go to again because the windows can't be opened, there's no ventilation, and it smells disgusting like a sewer. Fortunately, they cleaned it every day.
