Beautiful hotel, very spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The people working there are very friendly. The location is also excellent with a nice shopping center crossing the street where you can go nice shopping and find nice places to eat. Guang Yuan and its surroundings are lovely and definitely worth to spend a couple of days there. I recommend this hotel highly.

酒店所有客房都位於20樓以上，視線很好。房屋很乾凈，床上用品使用起來尤為舒服，是我這幾天旅遊當中睡的最安穩的一夜。前台服務員很熱情，詳細的回答我所諮詢的有關平樂寺的線路問題，值得稱讚。酒店出門右拐就是步行街和萬達廣場，吃喝非常方便。酒店值得推薦。

酒店的房間確實整理的還不錯，前台服務也還行。
有地下停車場，但停車場比較小，倒車水平不佳的，可能停車困難。
環境：整體環境餐廳什麼都佈置的還可以吧，但是他這家酒店有個大bug。就是電梯！那是在這棟大廈上，跟其他的很多很多公司混用的一個大廈。客房的都比較高，在樓上面，然後下面都是有很多公司的，這個辦公的租用地。所以等這個電梯非常的困難，很久都不來。尤其是你在負一樓停了車之後，基本上是等不到電梯。如果你攜帶了比較重的行李的話，那就悲催了，你還得一層層從安全通道抬上去，否則你就要等電梯至少15分鐘以上。
然後因為衹有這兩個電梯，沒有任何的貨梯，所有的服務員的這個布草車，還有其他樓層的裝修工人，垃圾收納車。全部都從這電梯一起上，感覺太糟糕了。如果沒什麼事兒，不趕時間的，倒是可以説趕時間的，就最好還是不要來他家。
隔壁的御足房，倒還不錯。
服務：服務前台有點敷衍，然後那個停車券每次都要掃碼，然後再登記，關鍵是每一次要等電梯，這個掃碼，這個工序就顯得非常的惱火。總體一般吧，性價比略低。

父母自駕遊，幫他們定的酒店。二老對酒店價格和環境、設施等都很滿意。本次入住的是景觀房，酒店還送了點小零食。挺好😊

環境：酒店的地理位置沒得説，去萬達五分鐘，開窗就能看見河和山，景色不錯。
旁邊小吃一條街應有盡有。
但是我們住的是套間，上下兩層的那種。
一層非常涼快，可惜住不了人啊，二層非常黏熱。
室內温度到29.5度。
雖然服務員已經在房間裏提前開了很長時間的空調，我們回去還是很熱，晚上根本就睡不着。
想着把門兒開開吧，讓樓下涼氣進來點，發現開門後門口那個感應燈，反應太過靈敏，一會兒就亮啊，簡直就睡不着，體驗太差了！！！
空調這個問題跟前台説了，他們説不會呀，之前都很好呀。他根本就不承認，算了，不承認就不承認吧。
第二天我們就換成了標間和大床房。
奉勸大家千萬不要住樓上樓下的房型！！！

酒店位置超級nice，導航很好找，距離萬達廣場步行3分鐘，周邊購物吃飯很方便。前台在一層，辦理入住很快不用等，客房在20層以上。走廊當天噴的空氣清新劑味道太大，建議加強通風。房問設施不錯，比較千凈，窗外江景一覽無餘。隔音效果不好，隔壁打個噴嚏都能聽見。地下停車場免費，就是位置不好找，車位緊張。

酒店太差勁了，當天天氣温度30度，給我開的房間空調是壞的。讓工作人員前來處理，沒有處理好，半夜快一點了室內温度一直保持在27度以上,前台在對講機裏面還在説不行了讓我退房，大半夜的讓人去哪。我實在沒有辦法，晚上開的門窗睡的覺……第二天一大早給我打電話説，想把我我微信加上給我發50元紅包，讓我在平台上給點好評。就這樣子讓我怎麼給好評……我衹是就事論事，把實際情況描述出來。
