位置好找，停車方便，房間寬敞，房間裏還有幾本好看的書，老公被安利了一本，立馬下單買了。早餐豐富，樓道前台房間都有小零食。提醒大家不要吃樓下附近的串串，難吃又坑，消費陷阱一堆，比成都網紅串串還貴。

雖然有點小缺點，但是之前在西昌住過，感覺非常好，所以我對逸尚東方連鎖有濾鏡，還是五星好評。這是同價位裏最大方的酒店:礦泉水，小零食不光房間裏有，走廊上整整齊齊等候顧客自取，一次性拖鞋質量也很不錯，設施齊備緊跟大趨勢，更重要的是這個價位在暑假旺季還含了早餐，性價比非常高了。小缺點是沙發上有一根頭髮未清理完全，因為時間關係沙發和紗窗產生的污漬建議找機會清洗一下，視覺上會更高級舒服，總之希望逸尚東方越辦越好！

之所以差評有三點，我們將保留對12315及衞生部門的投訴的權力。
衞生：1:最基礎的衞生不合格，沙發及床單有明顯污漬，很噁心，放零食的小碗居然有黏糊糊的污漬，具體如圖，如果做不到乾淨整潔，可以不必擺放小食品，這樣還可以避免食品安全問題，具體如圖。
設施：所有的馬桶預沖洗功能水壓過大，體驗感極差。門鎖非常難鎖，需要找角度，這不應該是21年新酒店的設施標準。
早餐:早餐後廚管理混亂敷衍了事，雞蛋，包子，春捲，饅頭以及個別餐食出餐時就已經冷掉了，令人無法下嚥。希望嚴謹管理制度以及出餐品控。
綜上，我們一行在此體驗感非常不好，我們將保留投訴的權力，希望貴酒店改善。

1.臨街側房間非常吵，大早上馬路有車就睡不好，白天有高鐵過，晚上還有ktv
2.窗簾短一截，早上不遮光，對睡眠不好的人非常不友好
3.衞生間，洗手盆，馬桶在三個獨立的區域，不知道設計時候是怎麼想的
4.攜程上訂房贈送的所謂夜宵就是一碗抄手，一杯茶水，還要到四樓去吃，你不問他也不會主動和你説
5.辦理入住的時候，大堂經理加了微信，説有問題可以諮詢，我問怎麼去劍門關最方便，答自己開車去
6.退房後，直接微信就要好評，説有考核任務，拜託你有點職業素養，起碼先問住宿體驗怎麼樣吧，沒有免費的午餐，也沒有張口就要的好評

酒店位置很好找，離萬達很近，晚上吃了飯圍着河邊散着步去逛商場，很nice，酒店很新，大廳樓道都有淡淡的香味，房間也很大很乾凈，床品睡着很舒服，智能語音管家很方便，房間裏有很多很貼心的小東西，現在冬天有身體乳真的很細節了，洗護的味道也超好聞，早餐種類特別豐富，四川早餐，西式中式都有，咖啡機我很喜歡，還有免費的停車場，前台小姐姐小母很熱情，服務很好，帶了一個小孩，還幫我們加了一個被子，真的是非常愉快的一次入住體驗，以後來廣元會首選這裏！！！

設施：非常齊全的一家酒店，需要的一切幾乎都能滿足，房間寬敞，乾濕分離做的很好。
衞生：整體很好，略顯不足是地毯看着有點陳舊了
環境：電梯裏香香的，走的時候遇到有人在電梯抽煙，看了一圈電梯裏沒有明顯標語提示禁止吸煙，最好能有提示
環境：樓下有酒店專屬的停車場，附近餐飲很多，吃飯很方便。晚上睡覺能聽到音樂聲，咚咚咚的有點吵。
服務：前台和餐廳遇到的服務人員都很熱情

酒店硬件設施很好👍，設計温馨、人性化；服務周到，早餐很贊，還加有家鄉的特產美食，贊👍，下次過廣元還會再來。另外有點建議，酒店房間隔音不是很好，房間洗漱台設計不好，使用時容易積水在枱面上，容易導致洗漱枱麪潮濕和不美觀，希望酒店有所改善，保持高品質，最後祝酒店越來越紅火。
