The rooms were satisfactory, well equipped and everything was perfect. Lily at the front desk is very warm, friendly and makes good cappuccino. It is really the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I will choose this hotel again next time I come to Guangzhou

It was a bit of a struggle from beginning until the end due to lack of English spoke by staff. We paid for breakfast but hardly had much options for us and were never clear on translation.
Some team members made an effort with communication via WeChat which made up for some of it.

The room is spacious and clean. It is basically a smart room and lightings and curtains can be controlled remotely. The staff are friendly and helpful and help us to set up the wifi as we did not have a China hp number.

Great location right next to metro. Excellent staff, specially Ms Moon who went out of her way to provide us with a great stay. Her knowledge of the city and English is very good which made life very easy for us. Have found the perfect stay in Guangzhou.

The hotel is very clean and have a great location
The room is fantastic, clean , have a lot of USB and type-C chargers in all the room
The bathroom is really the most clean bathroom is see in all my life
The staff are friendly and all are young people and they are very polite.
The manager is very helpful and very nice
It is not the first time for me in this hotel
Every month I go to Guangzhou and I stay in this hotel
The breakfast is very good
The coffee is fantastic
And in total the hotel is a great hotel it is better than any other hotel I stay in all my trip

Very clean and modern facilities; the most helpful staffers you can ever have! City subway available nearby, making city visit or airport trips a breeze. Definitely will be back again
when visit Guangzhou!

I love this hotel. We don't speak Mandarin, but the workers were so helpful. We stayed for 8 nights, got to know the staff. Leo was 10/10. The cleaning lady on 9th floor was the best and the general cleaning lady was so so sweet, we would briefly converse during breakfast time or in the elevator. The free laundry was helpful during travels, and the breakfast has great variety. The late night snack came in handy a few times. Highly recommend.

Really good service. All the staff is helpful and kindness and the hotel do offer free supper! It’s nearby subway station and some local restaurants. But don’t expect it’s have a lot restaurants there. Overall we have a great experience here, superb!
