很nice的一次入住體驗👍👍。溪館每位服務人員都熱情周到充滿善意！原來因為供水方的原因導致可能不能提供温泉水退了200元，後面正常恢復了温泉水，店家仍然堅持退住客200元，有格局✅👍

第一次認真點評。五一在玉壺溪館和上水精品之間糾結，最終選擇玉壺，滿足女兒穿和服的好奇。名符其實的高好評民宿，環境舒適，房間乾淨，品下午茶、換裝拍照，晚餐自帶牛肉火鍋、半開放式廚房，晚上品茶、唱K、泡温泉…一切剛剛好，絲毫不受雨天影響。店家熱情，專屬羣服務，各種細節都很貼心。

整體環境很好，民宿自帶的餐館味道也不錯,去的時候剛好下雨,泡温泉真的很舒服,唯一需要注意的就是衞生小問題，房間內還是有點小潮濕，民宿服務態度非常好，還會再去，早餐也不錯的

超級滿意的一個民宿！設備很新服務超級周到！公共區域乾淨舒適温馨，阿姨及前台小姐姐小哥哥都很熱情耐心！有書畫區域ktv房棋盤喝茶拍照區域一整天沒有一分鐘無聊的感覺！我們三個人入住配了兩池温泉水，我們一共分了三次泡，泡完皮膚滑溜溜，強推！

只是沖著私湯去，房間比想像中小得很，馬桶有污漬，開行李箱都難，泉水沒有硫磺味，私隱度不夠高，向上看看到其他住宿，隔音很差，外面嘈音很清楚，員工服務都一般，早餐炒面不錯。
