HOTEL INDIGO GUANGZHOU HAIXINSHA

I felt their service attitude even before I checked in, especially Alex from the concierge department. He contacted me in advance to see if I needed to be picked up. He upgraded the room directly after I checked in. Then the shuttle bus guy took us around the hotel. The guy at the swimming pool carefully helped the children get water and towels... Later, when the flight was delayed, he was also very nice to help me check out later. There was service everywhere, and the hotel was super beautiful, very photogenic, and the room was large, with a super high cost performance! I have stayed at Park Hyatt and Conrad in Guangzhou before, and this one is the best!

The hotel is in a first-class location with a very beautiful and comfortable environment. After breakfast, I walked from the hotel to the Asian Games Park and admired the Little Slender Waist and Huacheng Square up close. It was very beautiful. The design style of the hotel itself is also very colorful. Due to the heavy rain in the past two days, it brought some inconvenience. The duty manager Gary and the concierge Alex were very enthusiastic and patient in assisting. The service was great 👍 It is a place to check in often 😄

I have stayed at InterContinental, Mandarin Oriental, and Ritz-Carlton in Guangzhou. This is my first time staying at Guangzhou indigo. I have a very different experience. It has a beautiful environment and is truly quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It is suitable for both business and vacation. Special thanks to Ares, the duty manager, and Alex, the concierge, for their attentive service. The hotel's breakfast has old Guangzhou characteristics and is all you can eat. It's worth coming again. I hope the hotel can provide InterContinental Platinum and Ambassador members with late check-out.

I was upgraded to a suite when I arrived at the hotel. Opposite is Canton Tower and the Pearl River. On the other side, you can see egrets and various birds in the trees. The environment is not bad. After all, it is on Haixinsha Island in the Asian Games Park🌲 The service attitude of InterContinental is beyond praise. The hotel can also take guests to the APM subway station in Haixinsha or the entrance of the Asian Games Park for free. The cars are still like classic cars. When you drive out, other tourists will be envious. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha The only thing is that the bathroom is relatively small and the shower is a bit stuffy. The toilet is smart but the toilet is also quite small. For a suite, the bathroom is quite small and there is no place to put your own bath products in the bathroom. Only their own products are nailed to the wall. It’s not very convenient because there’s no place to put your things if you can’t take them out. Everything else is okay. Also, the record lamp in the room is really nice! I want to buy the same model 😂 Can you know what brand it is 😂

This trip to Guangzhou was really good. When traveling with my parents, I did not choose to go to a crowded commercial street. Instead, I chose Indigo, which was newly opened in the past few years. It was a comfortable trip. Although the hotel has an Internet celebrity style, The novel and unique design and location make it an instant winner among all the old-name hotels around it. The most important thing is that the floors are not high, and it has the architectural style of old Guangdong. It is very transparent, airy and bright, which cannot be compared with those high-rise old-name hotels. At least the elderly liked the shuttle bus and really enjoyed traveling around the island. The trip was very short and I felt that I didn’t have enough accommodation. If I have a chance next time, I will definitely come back and taste the food here.
