從還沒入住就感受到他家的服務態度，尤其是禮賓部的Alex，提前聯繫看需不需要接，到入住直接升級房間，然後接駁車小哥載我們繞了酒店一圈，游泳池的小哥哥細心的幫忙小朋友拿水拿毛巾……後來飛機延誤，也很nice的幫忙延時退房，處處都是服務，而且酒店超級漂亮，非常出片，房間也大，性價比超高！之前來廣州住過柏悦和康萊德，這家是最棒的！

酒店比較新，地理位置絕佳，在海心沙島上，上台環境很好，樹上居然有很多白鷺築巢。提前慶祝生日入住，酒店禮賓部Alex和值班經理Ares得知後將房間佈置得很温馨，還送了水果和小生日蛋糕，讓人有一種賓至如歸的感覺。
酒店的設計既有嶺南特色又有西方文化特色，中西方文化很好的融匯在一起，相得益彰，下次還會繼續選擇入住。

環境：酒店環境優美，位於珠江中心的島上，可以看到珠江兩邊不同的景色，無邊泳池拍照很好看，就是2棟的觀鳥平台因為有餐廳裝修，有些亂；
客房：房間免費升級了豪華陽台房，陽台上可以直接看到廣州塔；
早餐：自助早餐品類豐富，還有小推車上先蒸的蝦餃和燒賣，服務也很貼心

客房裝修不錯，但是細節沒做好，衞生間地面石材太低端，陽台非常勉強，裝修的也很低端，也很小，冰箱裏飲料到底免費還是收費不知道，沒有卡片説明，最大問題，空調噪音非常大，我以為是開大了，結果最小風，聲音也比較大，五星級標準不是這樣的
