在廣州理工外面的這一家公寓真的很不錯，可以説是校外最新最好的公寓啦，本來是報着將信將疑的態度來入住的，但是沒想到不僅衞生乾淨，房間裝修也很不錯，老闆態度也很好，以後還會再來！

地板水漬明顯，房間隔音不是很好，有的時候很吵，部分房間裏面的窗打開就是走廊，看到對面門，價格偏貴了，對於這個地段，200塊的酒店🏨連水都沒有是最膈應的，住了十幾次酒店就這個沒有礦泉水供應

設施：房間設備很先進，一看就是新裝修過的，設備也很好用，又乾淨，而且房間隔音條件特別的好，就算隔壁聲音很大也聽不到啥聲音，讓人住着貼別舒服
衞生：衞生特別乾淨，一進門整個房間打掃的特別乾淨，特別是廁所打掃的很整潔，讓人感覺特別舒適，體驗俱佳
服務：老闆的服務枱的特別好，為人很熱情，待人態度很真誠，下次來這裏玩一定還找他們家
環境：環境特別舒適，房間在入住後就有一股艾草香味，房間就算打開窗户一衹蚊子也沒有，特別的舒適
總體來説這家店在衞生設施環境和服務上都做得特別好。老闆人特別好 服務態度特別好 酒店環境在附近屬於是最好的了 服務員都很熱情，房間衞生做的也很乾凈，酒店環境不錯，客房用品齊全，毛巾被子也都很乾凈，床睡着很舒服，下次還會再來
