Breakfast spread is good. Very comfortable bedding and clean hotel. +++ point, it’s super new! All hotel staff are very helpful and pleasant. Great stay! Will be back

有沒有特差評？如果有必須給這家酒店！晚上11點都還沒有房，還要等房，前台還很有理説是因為酒店滿房！那我定房有何意義？我就必須要付一天的房費，你們就不用給房？站在這裏不投訴也沒人理你，依舊各忙各的，大夜晚的就傻傻地在這裏等不知道什麼時候有房！酒店每個人都那麼理直氣壯沒一個人道歉，就衹有平台的管家給你道歉！唉……這家店真給全季丟臉！如果是你付全天房費晚上11點不投訴都等不到房的你們會有何感想？前台還説是你不理解因為酒店滿房還沒打掃這不是她們的問題！到了房間整個房間都濕漉漉的還一股清潔味！住這一晚簡直是惡夢！

住了那麼多城市的全季，這家給我感覺很差，首先是不專業的前台人員，辦理入住賊慢，在我強調過我續住一晚上之後，第二天又打電話問我為什麼不退房。 第二是房間的衞生，酒店是新的，設施不用説，但是細節方面很差，所有的毛巾全在飛毛，擦個頭發頭發上全是毛，浴室的地漏被頭髮堵車也沒有人清潔，第二天晚上發現浴室的腳墊也沒提供。

早餐很豐富，很適合旅行，商務出差，床單被套蓋着舒適，房間衞生很潔凈，15樓還有洗衣房，也有健身房的，前台服務真的很好，酒店還有免費的停車場。
