位置挺好找的，地鐵3號線C1出口，步行8-9分鐘就到。外圍好看，像個宮殿一般的古堡一樣，有復古的感覺。前台小哥哥服務很有耐心瞭解我的需求，給我安排合心意的房間，温馨提示了一番，挺好的服務意識。房間也有點歐式復古的感覺，洗漱用品齊全好用，還有護髮素和身體乳，方便小女生有時候忘帶的小東西，住起來比較方便。房間衞生挺乾淨整齊的，未來出差就都來這裏住了。多住幾天還可以爬一下白雲山！

被外貌吸引來的！進去前台就一股陳年異味，上到房外面樓層也是～到第一房間後上廁所，廁所板還沒清理乾淨，尿急斑斑發臭，真是離譜！！！前台給換了一家，打理客房的阿姨帶了去換了第二間房，房間燈都是壞的，衹有床頭燈黑乎乎，還得自己去前台激活房卡！然後阿姨問前台再換了第三間房，算是正常住下來了……廁所沖水沒點力按不下去！卡死，房門也是牛那麼大力才打得開！難怪酒店總體評分低也是有原因，下去前台小哥還跟我確認前面第二間房是否燈不亮，這種破事不會自己去求證一下嗎，還麻煩客人給你反饋……無語下次不回來！

交通便利，期待下一次，性價比高，服務熱情好。酒店地理位置不僅好找而且還非常方便！搭地鐵3號線到白雲道北地鐵站C1出口出來直走，一路還有很多豪車看，小綠道也很美麗，拍照很好看。然後往前走50米左右看到有個像白宮一樣的房子就是了。前台就在一樓，五樓是住的房間。一樓還可以喝早晚茶，很方便。重點是對面就是安華滙，安華滙裏面的網紅“亞洲第一非天梯”，還有室內玻璃橋。週末或者小長假大家都可以過來打卡一下哦。第二天還可以去白雲山登山，打車10來分鐘，起步價就可以了。房間乾淨衞生，客房服務員服務也很好！笑容很親切，很細心服務！強烈推薦的一家店，真的超級方便的！值得推薦，值得推薦，值得推薦，值得推薦，值得推薦,值得推薦，值得推薦，值得推薦，值得推薦...........

十多年攜程用户，第一次在攜程點差評，房間衞生差，床底都能找到一袋垃圾，前台電話打5次沒聽，樓下KTV陪你到凌晨。這樣的坑希望我踩了後面少人去踩

200多的房價，以酒店命名，以為不會差的。終究是自己想太多了
1、隔音效果很差，窗5樓可以聽到地面上服務員的聲音。樓下是KTV（開到2:00）。
2、沒有空調。
3、床頭燈是壞的（修不好的那種，一直亮着）
4、洗澡的設施是壞的。
5、目前在更新裝修中
目前我已踩坑。還好就是後來是退房，急急忙忙又找了一家
