There is a park and a small lake outside the hotel, with pleasant scenery, good environment, quiet, convenient transportation, very close to the river, and the front desk service is very friendly. According to my request, I helped me choose a high-floor room.

第一次來廣州入住珠江賓館，院子裏面環境挺不錯的，綠植很多。本人年紀大，不太會使用手機操作， 大堂經理小魏認真細心的幫我在網上訂車，又幫我辦理好入住，幫我拉送行李至房間，還給我介紹附件好吃好玩的地方。讓我感覺到好温暖，真的是太感謝了，下次有機會的話還會再來珠江入住！也會介紹我的一些老朋友來體驗一下

賓館所處位置絕佳，但服務很一般
入住期間多次遇見不同住客與前台發生爭吵的情況
想來我也不能倖免
首先房間老舊，地毯潮濕，蚊子巨多，而且都是非常大衹的，我家裡人每人都親手打死過
其次停車場🅿️收費極度不合理，説是住店客人免費，但其實是從你小車進酒店停車場那一刻開始算時間，一直24小時後，此段時間免費。這也可以理解，無語的是…
我們因為去了省博耽誤了些時間，直到退房後出去已超時3個小時，超出免費時間停車場收費是16元/小時，門崗保安建議我們去前台讓續延一天停車15元/天，被告知這個項目早已取消？？？？？而且態度強硬，讓人非常不舒服，如果沒有這個服務那門崗為什麼説有，而且你們如果早已取消，門崗不可能不知道，難道是今天開始看人下菜碟？
總之來回跑一趟，還是乖乖16元/小時交費出去，門崗保安都用詫異的眼神看我。。。不會再去，軍人酒店！！！

房間設施齊全，房間層高高，寬敞，上下電梯多，不用等候多時，停車場特別寬敞，出停車場就是珠江邊，步行幾分鐘就能看到廣州塔。可能裝修時間早，細節不夠好，也不怎麼時尚

珠江賓館是廣東軍區酒店，八幾年建的，整個園區挺大的，安靜且望江，環境很好；周圍就是老居民區，吃飯、遛彎都方便，離背景步行街和陳家祠都近。因為年代比較久了，雖説房間不大，但也夠用，內室也是老酒店樣式，設施有年代感，但也是用的品牌。嗯～要説需要改進的，我覺得早餐再豐富些 加些特色就會更好

訂這個酒店訂的比較早，看照片以為很老舊破，實際上入住後全家都很滿意，春節入住的人也很多，房間挺大的，帶了兩個單人沙發，雙床一家三口住完全沒問題，房間裝飾那些看着是很穩重大氣那種，衞生看着也不錯，洗澡需要站在浴缸裏面洗，孩子要泡澡的可以外賣買一個一次性浴缸袋也很方便。工作人員態度還挺好的，需要什麼很快就送來了，外賣不能送上來也沒有機器人，可以放大堂外賣自提櫃裏。特別點讚的是酒店的位置和環境，位置就在珠江邊上，走出大門就可以江邊欣賞小蠻腰，這邊人也少，很清凈，走路到海心沙和廣州塔都很近，騎自行車更快，酒店本身也很大，跟個公園一樣可以在裏面走走運動一下，酒店後面一個門出去就有很多吃飯的店很方便，離五羊邨地鐵站也不遠。下次來廣州還住這裏。

房間就如大部分點評説的，設施比較舊了，有一股陳舊的黴味，但位置好，周邊環境太好了，南門就是珠江，散步看廣州塔很舒服，北門出去都是好吃的，推薦新文記，不到100m，喜歡甜品的朋友搜一下黃氏正軒水牛奶，味道的確好；酒店服務好，很熱情，酒店好像也開始裝修，期待裝修好，肯定繼續入住！

酒店有花園，與二沙島一江之隔，可沿江散步。也可走路過橋到二沙島，很多人跑步鍛鍊，也近小蠻腰。不過因為軍產，旁邊有軍事禁區，可接近性不夠友好。房間不太隔音。窗户可打開一條縫換換氣，這一點很不錯。早晚餐很一般，不太好吃。
