Great location where you can find everything you need besides it is just few minutes walking distance to metro station. Not much to talk about the room but fast check in and check out is a plus

It's very unclean and un satisfied stay

Bad Check-In experience as Non-Chinese travelers. Took us half an hour to find the reception... No instructions beforehand. We would have expected much more, in light of the Canton Fair, when a lot of internationals visit Guangzhou. Dirty room. Worst mattresses we've ever slept on... It felt like sleeping on wood. The "so-called" TV was actually a projected screen where you could pay with AliPay to enjoy TV services :)

This is the second apartment rented from this agency. Just awful. In the bathroom, the shower stall did not have a second door, there were cockroaches. Bad luck.

My friend recommended this area. There are many apar**ents of this type nearby. The one I booked feels like an older building. The indoor space is enough but the facilities are outdated. I regret booking here but I can't refund it. There was an exhibition and it was a weekend. It was not worth 800 for two nights. I'll send some photos for other travelers to refer to. The photos are in order: refrigerator top, sofa, bedside, bathroom (very small, difficult to turn around), wall, bedside, bed sheet, stepping on a cockroach to death (there were also many mosquitoes at night, so I lit mosquito coils later), overall. My feelings after staying here. The facilities in Guangzhou city are old, dirty, messy and poor. I'd better stay in a hotel in the future, and I can't choose an apar**ent or B&B.

Although the room price is cheap, the check-in experience is not cheap: on the first day, because the guests who reserved the room did not leave, the boss arranged a large room at the price of a small room, which is very trustworthy. I changed to a small room the next day and it was very neat and clean, making me feel like home. The boss was very enthusiastic. Because the plane took off late, he asked to check out the room two hours late. He readily agreed. Thank you very much! The transportation here is very convenient, the subway station is just under the shopping mall next to it. There are many snack bars downstairs, and all kinds of snacks are very unique. You don’t have to worry about eating when you go out.

It's hygienic and clean, the environment is comfortable, there are many places to eat around, and it's convenient to travel. The overall price/performance ratio is quite high!
