還可以吧，就是房子比較舊，不過總體來説還行。稍微貴點，不過時間不長可以接受，希望對大家有所幫助，老闆人很好！

性價比還是很高的，房間可以，陽台朝南，光學不錯，衞生還行，老闆人態度都很好。樓下都是吃的用的都齊全，打車也方便。過來考試的，中級一把過啦！祝大家過來考試的小夥伴們都順順利利，一把過！

這次住的四樓環境還不錯，就是蚊子有些多，總體還是可以的，是過去考試的，走過去考場也很方便，設施基本都齊全。

優勢衹有一個：靠近廣東省消防考試鑒定站，住宿一晚，第二天走路 200 米左右到鑒定站。
周邊餐飲都是棚户區，衞生一般，吃飽肚子沒問題，吃好，吃口味，附近沒有。樓下沒有停車位，主要是離廣州北站很近，打車 20 塊錢左右。

房間設施齊全，衞生很乾凈。樓下想吃啥有啥很方便，離消防考試鑒定站也很近，走路幾分鐘就到。中級一把過，不枉費兩年的排隊等待👍👍👍

衞生間連洗手盆都沒有，沙發一股臭襪味，晚上樓下有人打牌較吵，到消防考試點10分鐘路程，其實附近還有很多選擇比這家還近
