這樣的商家真心黑，我都沒有入住，商家直接給我辦理入住，我就去看了一眼房間，扣了我 44 塊，商家房間是金子做的嗎？希望大家不要被坑就行，我踩過雷了，房間要換還要加錢，真的黑點這是什麼原因，我搞不明白，任何酒店可以全額退款，到這個商家就不可以，大無語事件

隔音很差，前一天訂房住了有點臟，在網上又訂房兩夜，早上開門看見對面房間光線挺好的就想住對面，結果去到前台居然讓我再加20塊錢，我想着換好一點的光線加就加唄，結果後面給我的房間不是對面光線好的，還是近樓梯口跟我前一晚住的房間隔壁……那我加20塊的意義在哪？
