I want to give a special shout-out to Kalin, the server! My stay was made exceptionally comfortable because of her. Kalin was warm, polite, and efficient in her service. She was prompt in responding to requests, patiently helped resolve issues, and was gentle and thoughtful with everyone. Her service was attentive without being overbearing, and her attention to detail made me feel right at home. The hotel's facilities are great, and combined with such excellent service, I was thoroughly satisfied. Five stars, and I'll definitely be back for my next stay!

The hotel's location is very close to the exhibition center, making it convenient for exhibitors. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, and they upgraded our room type when there were plenty of rooms available. The room was spacious and had a comfortable view. However, there was no full-length mirror in the room, and the lighting was a bit dim. The breakfast selection was rich and the ingredients were fresh. When we checked out to pick up our luggage, there was no one to assist us, and we had to wait for a long time. There's room for improvement there. Other services were all good, and my child had a great time. We will choose Westin again next time.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Although the hotel is a bit older, it's generally well-maintained. We even got an upgrade, so we slept wonderfully. The room was clean and tidy. Marriott hotels in Guangzhou are consistently excellent. Highly recommend!

For this Canton Fair, I chose to stay at the Westin Pazhou. Its biggest advantage is the direct skywalk to the exhibition center, meaning no need for taxis, rain, or sun exposure – making exhibiting incredibly convenient. I must commend the duty manager, Pauline. I approached her with some check-in issues, and she was exceptionally kind and friendly, handling everything methodically and quickly resolving my problems. The room was clean and dry, with good soundproofing, and the classic Heavenly Bed was wonderfully soft – perfect for a good rest after a tiring day at the fair. The breakfast selection was rich, and the hotel's overall environment was quiet and comfortable with excellent service. It's definitely my top choice when exhibiting in Pazhou.

A quiet getaway but most of all, if you want to rest, this is an ideal place. The mattresses on the beds here are heavenly.

We chose this hotel for our anniversary, and they were very accommodating to our extra requests for a high floor, good view, and amenities. The service attitude was excellent. The view from the window was indeed quite nice. The soundproofing inside the hotel was excellent, leading to a very good night's sleep. However, to be honest, the quality of the hotel's breakfast and dinner buffets still needs improvement. While there seemed to be a good variety, the taste and refinement, compared to other luxury five-star hotels, have a lot of room for improvement. For someone who was looking forward to the food as a major highlight of their stay, it was a bit disappointing and didn't live up to the external publicity. I hope they can improve this in the future.

Both staff members were genuinely friendly and provided meticulous service. From check-in to addressing any needs during my stay, they actively helped coordinate and patiently offered advice, demonstrating a high level of professionalism. It's precisely because of such excellent employees that my stay was significantly enhanced. The hotel is well-managed overall and offers good value for money. Hi everyone, I rarely review hotels, even though I travel for business frequently. This hotel made me seriously question Ctrip's rating system – how did it get a 4.7? For a 5-star hotel at 870 a night, plus an extra bed for 350, it's an absolute rip-off. The front desk staff were unprofessional and had poor attitudes, and the facilities were old (which I expected, so it's not the main reason for a bad review, as it is an older hotel). We arrived at the hotel around 10 PM and found the room stank. We kept searching for the source, even suspecting our slippers had a foot odor. Then, we got into bed to sleep, and believe it or not, the smell woke us up! It was the duvet – and by then, it was 1 AM. Please watch the video; after I said a few things, the person who brought the new duvet just slammed the door and left. I don't blame him, it was a night shift. I reported it to Ctrip, and they said the hotel would offer compensation. I directly refused to communicate with the hotel because I just wanted to leave an honest review. The picture shows the hotel curtains letting in light. We were still dealing with the duvet at 1 AM, and by 5 AM, when it got bright, the light leakage was so bad it woke us up completely. We couldn't sleep well at all. Of course, after tossing and turning, I reported it to Ctrip around 6 AM. If this hotel were priced at 300-400 yuan, I wouldn't leave a bad review. While 870 isn't an exorbitant price, for a hotel with old facilities, bad service (at least everyone I encountered was indifferent), and terrible hygiene (the carpet was removed because it stank, and the room just had wooden floors), it's barely a 3-star. Charging this price in Guangzhou is quite a scam; there are so many other 5-star hotels at the same price point. I'm writing this review to warn others. Unless you're attending the Canton Fair, seriously, don't stay at this hotel. It's not worth it. The two hotels next door, Courtyard and Langham, are newer and better in all aspects.

I've been busy for a long time, but I finally have a moment to write this review today. I've stayed at the Westin Sanya Haitang Bay before and was extremely satisfied with both the breakfast and the service, so when I came to Guangzhou, I didn't hesitate to choose the Westin again. However, it completely failed to meet my expectations. Perhaps because I was comparing it to the Westin Sanya Haitang Bay, the breakfast selection here seemed quite limited, and there's no comparison for the public areas. Let's talk about the service! I mistook this hotel for another where I had redeemed welcome fruit with 1 point on Trip.com. So, when I didn't find any fruit in my room, I called the hotel. The way they communicated needs improvement, as it made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me, almost insulted. Perhaps they realized their poor communication had upset me, so they reported it to the manager. Soon after, the manager called to say that welcome fruit had been arranged and might already be in my room. However, when I returned to my room that evening, there was no fruit. So, I called the hotel again (at this point, it wasn't about whether I got the fruit or not, but about feeling toyed with). The hotel answered and explained, saying they would arrange it as soon as possible. Yet, 'as soon as possible' turned into over an hour. I was already in bed when the staff came to deliver the fruit. So frustrating!

The hotel environment is excellent, and the service is outstanding.
