In the morning A staff member directly opened the door of our room without making a call or knocking on the door❗️Fortunately, we locked the anti-theft lock and he couldn't get in! If you want to experience the horror of suddenly hearing someone push open the door in your sleep and seeing a male staff member’s face squeezed into the crack of the door, this store will not let you down🙃 🚩The sound insulation is not only poor, the cleaning staff will chat loudly at the door from morning to afternoon. Our room is in a corner with only four rooms on the top floor. It may be the exclusive location chosen by the cleaning staff🙃When we checked in at night, we saw the cleaning cart directly across the corridor. In the morning, we heard the cleaning staff super loudly. We were chatting and laughing at the door, and there were sounds of banging and beating from time to time. We couldn't sleep at all. When we were about to check out, we heard the cleaning staff loudly asking the front desk when we would check out. It was weird🙃 🚩I suspected that the toilet was not cleaned at all. As soon as I checked in, I saw a toothbrush thrown on the floor in the shower room without cleaning it. There was a large puddle of water on the floor, and there were yellow water stains all around. And there were no slippers in the room. How could this be missed if it was cleaned properly according to the procedures? ? Thinking that we checked in too late, we didn't ask the cleaning staff to come and clean again, so we barely slept for one night. In the morning, we encountered the staff opening the door and the cleaning staff making a lot of noise. Whoever likes to live here can stay here🙃

The room was so small that I thought I was staying in a hotel in Hong Kong. It wasn't even a square, just a small corner.

It is very close to the exhibition and within walking distance. The room is clean and tidy. The front desk service attitude is very good. They gave us guidance on surrounding travel, which was very helpful to us. Thank you very much. We will choose this hotel next time we attend the exhibition.

The hotel is not big, and the sound insulation is not good. The service is still very good. It is a bit windy inside. I don’t understand why the room is not equipped with drinking water. Isn’t this the most basic configuration of the hotel? I think this is a relatively unsatisfactory hotel for a three-day stay in Guangzhou and needs to be improved.

The hygiene is average, the wardrobe door is covered with a thick layer of dust, the sound insulation is average, and the room is extremely small. The facilities and equipment are quite complete, including central air conditioning, heating unit, and independent power card.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. The equipment is well maintained. I like the decoration style here. It is very warm. The front desk staff are very considerate. I saw people with children staying outside and took the initiative to upgrade my room type. It is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun nearby. , I will choose here next time
